| With the developing of society rapidly, human resource is becoming core resource for one company. Competence of a company is that the company has the elite who can carry out a continuous development for their owner. Scientific and efficient company compensations not only are a key to absorb talent, also may improve employees work efficiency and, to the most extent, service the company target.QG Company is an Engineering consultancy & design company in the central part of China. They mainly engaged in engineering consulting, engineering designing and construction supervising. Although the main businesses developed well in this company now, the compensation system without incentive, in a long run, have hindered company development.On relative compensation design theory, the thesis analyzed the situation of QG Company, especially for the compensation system. On the basis of the analysis, the article point out the questions existed in compensation and gives a suitable compensation policy depending on the characteristic of industry of engineering consultancy & design. The factor point-counting method is used in this thesis in order to valuate all kinds of positions of QG Company. At last, I try to design a good compensation system that matches QG Company development demand. |
