As an important part of the country's tertiary industry,the hotel industry has a positive effect on creating jobs and promoting economic growth.Different from other industries,the hotel industry has the characteristics of labor intensiveness.The comprehensive literacy and service ability of employees have a decisive influence on customer satisfaction,which in turn affects the hotel's market reputation and economic benefits.For employees,remuneration is one of the core factors that affect the quality of their services.How a hotel makes a reasonable formulation of its employee compensation system has a significant impact on hotel operations and development.This article takes the Beidaihe Sheraton Huamao Hotel as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in the management of the hotel's employee compensation system,formulates a questionnaire based on the status of the hotel employee's compensation system,finds the problems in the hotel's employee compensation system,and provides solutions.The thesis is mainly divided into five parts: the first part describes the research background of hotel employee compensation system management,and gives the research method and frame structure of this article;the second part analyzes the relevant theories,and focuses on the broadband salary theory;The third part analyzes the current situation of the hotel employee's salary system,and through field investigation,it finds the main problems of the hotel employee's salary incentive system,such as the unreasonable salary distribution mechanism,the small space for salary level growth,and the incomplete performance evaluation system.Analyze the reasons for the problems in the Sheraton Hotel employee salary system.The fourth part is to formulate an optimization plan based on the problems in the hotel employee salary incentive system,and to optimize the salary plan based on job analysis and job evaluation.The guarantee measures for the implementation of the salary optimization plan will be issued.This paper uses field surveys and design survey questionnaires to analyze the inherent employee compensation system of the Beidaihe Huamao Sheraton Hotel,and optimizes the hotel's employee compensation system based on the broadband compensation theory to ensure the objectivity and operability of the research conclusions.The research in this article can effectively solve the disadvantages of the traditional "big pot and rice" salary system of Sheraton Beidaihe Huamao Hotel,which has a positive effect on stimulating hotel employees' work enthusiasm and improving the hotel operation level.At the same time,the provision of supporting guarantee measures for the implementation of the salary optimization plan has certain reference value for the implementation of the hotel salary optimization plan.The research conclusions of this paper are of theoretical significance for the optimization of the salary system of the Huamao Sheraton Hotel in Beidaihe,and also have a certain theoretical reference value for the optimization of the salary system of other hotel employees.
