Research On The Integration Of Rural Industry And Landscape From The Background Of Land Spatial Planning

The introduction of the national space plan has made it necessary to integrate various plans into a single blueprint,which indicates that the problems of different kinds of plans will be optimized.Policy in recent 6 years paying increasingly attention to development of rural industry integration,the construction of residential environment put forward higher requirements.Coordinate ecological resources protection and the development of rural industry in landscape architecture perspective and meet the requirements of planning transformation should explore the fusion between rural industry and landscape as a whole in the national spatial planning of the macro background.The main process and conclusion of the study are as follows:(1)Based on the literature at home and abroad,the classic paradigm of the development of agriculture and landscape analysis and typical case analysis the study found that the developed areas abroad pay attention to getting rid of the dependence on petroleum agriculture,emphasis on agricultural ecological conservation function,achieve optimum production of agricultural products by focusing on the interaction between ecological system and achieve more exploration on the interaction in various landscape spaces.However,domestic research on the integration of production and landscape started late,and rural landscape planning is mostly carried out with the idea of tourism.There is still a huge space for improvement in transforming agricultural production factors into landscape factors,sublimating agricultural process into landscape process,and stimulating the endogenous development power of agriculture and rural areas.(2)In order to improve the added value of agriculture and make the countryside have the endogenous power of stable and sustainable development,this paper puts forward the idea of considering various rural industrial elements and landscape elements,and then constructing multi-functional countryside by combining production and landscape.The integration of production and landscape is discussed from three aspects: horizontal scale,vertital scale,and production process.In terms of layout,it emphasizes the cooperation between different elements at different scales,presenting a variety of ecological landscape patterns.In terms of three-dimensional space,enrich the production factors of vertical surface for appreciation,increase the sense of hierarchy,and make intensive use of land.In order to realize the internal organic circulation of agricultural production and consumption and ensure the sustainable development of production factors,the state of workers and labor objects is considered in the time sequence.(3)A variety of elements are combined to create four composite modes,and various landscape spatial forms presented by different elements in multiple time and space dimensions are comprehensively considered and summarized.Land intensive utilization,production scale adjustment and ecological agriculture development are depended on agroforestry and co-cultivation modes.Relying on agriculture,culture and tourism mode and agriculture,science and education mode,this study achieve the maximum use of all kinds of landscape space,so as to achieve the purpose of multi-business integration and increase farmers’ income.Among them,agroforestry mode includes the consideration of the function of supply,regulation and support of ecosystem services,while co-cultivation mode mainly emphasizes the circulation and sustainability of supply capacity.The remaining two models emphasize the landscape shaping for the cultural services of the rural ecosystem,thus comprehensively summarizing the ways to realize the integration of rural production and landscape.(4)Through the concrete practice of Shu ’an Street in Jiangxia District of Wuhan city,the landscape construction strategy of producing more in one place,multi-industry in one place and multi-income in one industry is applied to complete the rural production-landscape integration of the layout of master plan,zoning plan and detailed planning of 20 villages,so that the above strategies can be implemented.It provides a sample case which can be used for reference and study for similar project planning practice.
