| At present,China is in a new period of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.In a new era of continuous progress towards the second Centennial goal,it is our historical mission to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and rural revitalization is the top priority.At present,the focus of China’s work is to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and achieve effective connection with rural revitalization,and strive to basically realize agricultural and rural modernization by 2035 and realize rural comprehensive revitalization by 2050.With the opening of the new era,the main social contradictions and the main agricultural contradictions in rural areas have changed,and the farmers have higher and better expectations for the living standard.Therefore,the agricultural development in rural areas is facing higher development requirements.Nevertheless,the level of regional economic development in China’s rural areas varies considerably.This phenomenon has been influencing the economic development of China’s rural areas,moreover,the unbalanced developent of China’s economy,resulting in a relative slowdown in China’s economic development Shandong Province is not only a large agricultural province in China,but also a powerful province in economic field.Its agriculture has developed well and its economy has developed rapidly.However,at the same time,Shandong Province also has problems such as unbalanced economic development.There are great differences in rural and regional economy among cities,which has seriously affected the comprehensive and coordinated development of Shandong Province.Based on the rural regional economic development of cities in Shandong Province,this paper establishes various index systems to measure the economic differences between rural areas,analyzes the economic indicators of rural areas in different cities in Shandong Province from 2009 to 2019,takes the rural areas of cities as the regional research unit,and constructs a comprehensive index system from five dimensions: natural resources,production input,production output,industrial structure and living standard,Then we get the factors that have a great impact on the rural regional economic differences in Shandong Province,including the level of agricultural natural resources,the level of agricultural production investment,the level of industrial structure and the level of agricultural living.Through the calculation,we get the comprehensive score of rural regional economic development of all cities in Shandong Province,so as to evaluate and analyze the differences of rural regional economic development level in all regions of Shandong Province.The time series analysis and spatial analysis are carried out for the development level of rural regional economy in Shandong Province.The time series analysis depicts the overall form and change trend of rural regional economy in Shandong Province by using the kernel density estimation method.It is concluded that the level of rural regional economic development in various cities in Shandong Province is gradually rising,and the gap of rural regional economic development level in Shandong Province is widening.Then it makes a convergence analysis on the rural regional economic development level of Shandong Province and all regions,and comes to the conclusion that based on the development conditions of different regions,there are problems in Shandong Province and the three regions β Convergence phenomenon;The spatial analysis uses dagum Gini coefficient to highlight the spatial differences within and between rural areas of cities in Shandong Province.The results show that the differences between rural areas in Shandong Province constitute an important source of the overall differences within the province.The differences between western Shandong and Peninsula are the most obvious,followed by central Shandong and Peninsula,while the differences within central Shandong are the most obvious,followed by Peninsula and finally western Shandong.The Moran’s I Moran index is used to explore the agglomeration characteristics of rural regional economic development level in Shandong Province,and it is concluded that the rural regional economic development level in Shandong Province basically presents a high-low or low-high agglomeration state.After further analysis of the above results,this paper advances countermeasures and proposals for the present circumstances of regional economic development differences in rural ares in Shandong Province,and finally puts forward relevant suggestions and strategies such as optimizing industrial structure and promoting agricultural modernization,so as to solve the problem of disharmony in rural regional economic development in Shandong Province. |
