Research On Spatial Differences And Influencing Factors Of Rural Industrial Convergence Level In Zhejiang Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

With the successful completion of my country’s comprehensive poverty alleviation work,the voice of revitalizing rural industries and developing with high qualities is becoming higher and higher.In the new era,the agricultural industry has broken through the pattern of traditional rural industrial development,accelerated its extension to the second and third industries.Promoting the integration of rural industries has become an important path for implementing the rural industry revitalization strategy.Carrying out research on the rural industrial convergence has gradually taken on great significance for implementing the strategy of rural revitalization and building a new socialist modernized countryside.Based on the existing research,the paper verified and analyzed the current status of industrial convergence in rural areas of Zhejiang province,and buil t a measurement and evaluation system for the level of rural industrial convergence in Zhejiang Province,and measured and analyzed the level of industrial convergence in the 52 counties from 2012 to2019.At the same time,combined with the main time nodes of national rural revitalization,this paper studied and analyzed the spatiotemporal differentiation features of the level of rural industrial convergence of each county-level administrative regions in Zhejiang Province.Based on the above research,the author further explored the factors that can influence the level of industrial convergence in rural areas of Zhejiang Province.Some results have been achieved through the research of this paper:The first one,the level of rural industrial convergence in 52 counties in Zhejiang Province has improved significantly in the past eight years,and the level of rura l industrial convergence has continued to improve.Three counties have experienced a large improvement,and took the lead in entering the good fusion stage;22 counties have a moderate improvement and have reached the primary fusion stage;the remaining 27 counties have a lower improvement and are still in the fusion growth stage.The second one,the rural industrial convergence level in the 52 counties of Zhejiang Province presents a spatial distribution pattern which is "East high and West low,North high and South low".The early leading regions can still maintain a relatively leading advantage as a whole due to their starting advantages.In the later period,some counties have a strong momentum and achieved a great leap in development.The province’s rur al industrial convergence situation is good,showing a development situation of "you catch up with me" and "comprehensive improvement",showing a relatively benign development trend.The third one,there are four main factors influencing the integration of rural convergence in Zhejiang Province: Firstly,in terms of finance,including the financial input from the government and the support from financial insurance,these supports should be fully invested in the development of rural industries.Secondly,in terms of agricultural production,especially the improvement of the scale of modern agriculture has the most obvious effect on improving the level of rural industrial integration;Thirdly,in terms of increasing farmers’ income,improving the agricultural output value and upgrading the income level of rural residents can effectively promote the integration of rural industries.Fourthly,in terms of education technology,putting into more educational investment,promoting educational development,and improving people’s cultural quality has much bigger significance for the integrated development of rural industries in Zhejiang Province.
