In recent years,with the rapid development of H city’s economy,the urban infrastructure construction is also speeding up.As the fastest and most convenient mode of transportation,urban rail has finally settled in H City.As a young urban rail transit company,H Company recruits a large number of employees from the fresh graduates and previous graduates in order to solve the short-term staff shortages.Cause most of these workers were born in the 1980 s and 1990 s,they have more active minds than older people,and reflects a better adaptability and flexibility in the work.But at the same time,some of them lose motivation and has a slack state in high intensity of work pressure.Such a low sense of belonging not only affects their work attitude,work efficiency and work completion,but also affects their bond with the company--employees will choose to change jobs if there is a good opportunity.The high dimission rate brings the increase of training cost and unstable factors to H Company.Therefore,the research on the employee’s sense of belonging in H Company has theoretical and practical implications.This paper takes the employees from URBAN Rail H Company as the research object,through interviews to collects the factors that may lead to the low sense of belonging of employees.Then,selected 275 employees from various departments to do the questionnaire survey and analyze 250 valid data from the survey.The results show that there are five factors may cause the low sense of belonging,low salary and welfare,nonstandard management system,bad working environment,corporate culture with low influence,unclear personal planning.At the end of this paper,it puts forward some suggestions to improve employees’ sense of belonging. |
