Employees serve as the foundation for the growth and development of an organization. The comprehensive improvement of their qualities and skills is crucial to the company’s growth and is fundamentally essential in achieving the goal of maximizing profits. Therefore, the question of how to enhance the comprehensive quality and skills of employees and increase their recognition of their job identity and the work they undertake has become a focal point in human resource management within companies.Compared to other industries, commercial banks have their unique features concerning employee identification.Consequently, this paper focuses on the Rural Commercial Bank of City C,selecting a group of employees and leaders for surveying, and conducts a research on the identity of dispatched workers in the bank.Employing methods such as literature review, questionnaire surveys, and interviews, this paper conducts a study on the dispatched workers at the Rural Commercial Bank of City C.The survey found that dispatched workers are generally younger with lower levels of education and are predominantly employed in entry-level positions. In comparison to ’official’ permanent staff, dispatched workers do not enjoy advantages in terms of pay, benefits, position, workload, training, and job rotation.Through questionnaire surveys and subsequent analysis,it was determined that issues such as low wages, lack of belongingness, lack of motivation, and low individual development identification existed among dispatched workers. These issues can be attributed to the absence of a long-term salary mechanism, insufficient value motivation guidance, failure to establish a reasonable performance management system, and neglect of individual career training and development. The identity of dispatched workers at the Rural Commercial Bank of City C is influenced by management mechanisms. Therefore, effective measures should be implemented to improve various wage systems and enhance wage identification capabilities;strengthen employee care to improve their sense of belonging;construct reasonable performance management schemes to boost their motivation;pay attention to individual development plans to enhance self-identification capabilities, thus ultimately improving the overall identity recognition abilities of dispatched workers in commercial banks. The results of this research provide a reference for other similar commercial banks to enhance the identity recognition and belongingness of dispatched workers, demonstrating a high degree of applicability and practical significance.
