Construction And Application Of Evaluation Index System For Small Towns With Chinese Characteristics

In July 2016,the Ministry of housing and urban rural development,the national development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the notice on developing characteristic towns.The trend of building characteristic towns has been aroused in all provinces.The construction mode of characteristic towns can promote the development of local industries and improve the local economic level,and is an important means to promote the construction of new urbanization.,So far,there are more than 1000 Characteristic Towns in China.What is the development level of Characteristic Towns after construction? How to use the evaluation system to evaluate the development of characteristic towns? It is a problem that needs to be studied at present.By studying the relevant literature of characteristic towns,referring to the evaluation system of new urban construction and rural revitalization,combined with relevant domestic policy documents,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of characteristic towns by using analytic hierarchy process.The characteristic index system of this paper is divided into common indicators and characteristic indicators,which can evaluate various types of characteristic towns.Through the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method,the weight of each index of tourism service-oriented characteristic town is established respectively.Through the empirical study of Daxu town in Guilin,the main conclusions are as follows:1、 In the evaluation system of characteristic towns,the industrial indicators of small towns have the largest weight,which shows the importance of industry to characteristic towns.2、 The evaluation system constructed in this paper can better reflect the development status of Dawei town.From the empirical results,we can see that the development level of Dawei town is constantly improving.3、 The biggest contribution to the improvement of comprehensive indicators of the town is the town industry.Compared with the other two aspects,the environmental construction of the town has been improved the fastest.
