The rise of Cloud computing,Big data,and "Internet +" concept have promoted the development of the Internet industry,the data center as an important component of infrastructure construction for developing China's information and communication technology,not noly the business mogul continue to increase the construction funds of data center,but also the government and other units also pay more and more attention on the Internet data center(IDC)business.However,the domestic IDC industry-related standards are lacking,at present,relevant service quality varies,or good or bad,products are lack of variety,systems ensuring customers benefit are far from wholesome and sound;and the satisfaction of customers is stuck to a low level.Though technical standards on data center have been a bit more mature in Western countries than in China,systems for classifying and assessing service quality are still in need for further improvement;such systems in China are scarce or even do not exist at all.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a standardized evaluation system,to guide the market regulation and orderly development.This paper tries to establish a scientific and reasonable suite of criteria which can be used to evaluate service providers,from the perspective of IDC customers,which takes advantage of the Delphi method,the word frequency analysis method and the literature method.The index system,covering 6 first-level indicators: service quality,hardware facilities,security,service price,enterprise comprehensive ability and enterprise market competence,and 32 secondary indicators,which not only consider the criteria for supplier evaluation,but also reflects the IDC industry's unique attributes.In the process of building the evaluation index system,we firstly come the detailed review of existing studies on date center of the Internet at home and abroad,analysising and winkling out criteria on certification and assessment of systems in the data center.Secondly,by accumulating and analyzing a large amount of customers' feedback on the service of many IDC providers,this paper acquires the key factors that customers are mainly concerned with.Finally,upon suggestions from experts in industrial circles,summarize a set of reasonable IDC service provider evaluation index system.To objectively and rationally evaluate the evaluation index,this paper establishes an evaluation model of IDC service provider based on entropy weight FAHP.Firstly,the relative weight of each index is derived by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP),then the entropy weight method is used to determine the expert self-weight,the integration of relative weight and self-weight to determine the comprehensive weight The evaluation of IDC service provider by using entropy weight FAHP model can effectively eliminate the main influence of expert evaluation in fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,thus improving the reliability of weight and reducing the risk of decision making.Finally,the evaluation index system and decision model proposed in this paper are used to select providers in real business transactions of IM company,which validates the effectiveness of the methods and model presented.The IDC evaluation index system constructed by this paper makes up for the vacancy of relevant standards in IDC industry to a certain extent.At the end,the article has given business development proposal on the IDC service provider,which has a certain practical value.
