Performance appraisal is an important item that exists in the enterprise management system and can evaluate and guide the operation of the enterprise.For enterprises,through the overall performance management,it is possible to discover the operation of the company,timely understand the problems existing in the process of strategy implementation,and correct them in time to ensure the realization of the development strategy.For employees,the establishment of continuous performance files can not only understand the long-term performance of employees,but also serve as the basis for employee training,development and career planning.This paper studies the performance appraisal system of managers of BZZP power supply companies to ensure the long-term development of BZZP power supply companies,and it is also of great significance to promote the enthusiasm of managers.With the reform of the power system,the power industry faces enormous challenges in terms of operation.While the State Grid Corporation is constantly reforming and progressing,it is also continuously improving lean management and performance management.Based on this,this paper takes the middle-level managers of BZZP power supply company as the research object,and conducts a detailed analysis of the status of performance appraisal of BZZP power supply company through interviews and questionnaires,collects and organizes relevant data,and finds out the company’s current performance appraisal.There are problems such as unreasonable setting of assessment indicators and inability to guide work development well;insufficient application of performance assessment results,no effective communication,and unreasonable feedback mechanism;no effective supervision of the assessment process.In response to these problems,according to the idea of management by objectives,the enterprise objectives and department objectives are decomposed layer by layer.Using Balanced Scorecard,Analytic Hierarchy Process,Key Performance Indicators,etc.,determine enterprise-level performance indicators according to four dimensions,set performance indicator weights according to the close relationship between indicators and job responsibilities,and conduct all-round evaluation of managers through four levels,designed a performance appraisal program for BZZP power supply company managers.At the same time,the reasonable application of the assessment results has also been considered.Finally,the thesis establishes the safeguard measures for the implementation of performance appraisal from three aspects: organization guarantee,system guarantee and personnel guarantee.Combined with the internal and external environment and the company’s development strategy,the thesis optimizes and adjusts the content and indicators of performance appraisal for middle managers,and forms a more complete and reasonable performance appraisal system.Starting from the basic principles of performance management and the company’s practice,this paper focuses on the advanced application of the theory and links it with the reality of the enterprise,which is a good reference for the optimization of the performance evaluation system of middle-level personnel in other companies value.
