Since the implementation of China's reform and opening up strategy,economic construction and social development have made remarkable achievements,China's enterprises are experiencing the rapid development of reform and opening up,enterprises face many development opportunities,but at the same time,it inevitably faces challenges,in the wave of reform and opening up,Chinese enterprises have gradually developed modern enterprise system,improved market competitiveness and improved business efficiency in the wave of reform and opening up,however,with the development of economic globalization,Chinese enterprises will compete with more and more excellent enterprises at home and abroad.The competition between enterprises is becoming more and more dependent on talents.,the talent is the creator and bearer of knowledge and technology,it's very critical for enterprises to how to play the role of talents in market competition.For any enterprise,it must put the human resources management and development at the top of the list so that it can obtain the dominance of market from the current to future market competition,performance appraisal is one of the core contents of human resource management,which plays an increasingly important role in enterprise management,besides,performance appraisal also plays an important role in improving the overall strength of the company and the individual performance of employees,for any corporation,it is of significant to develop a set of performance appraisals adapted to the realities of the enterprise,which has become a top priority for enterprises to achieve their development goals and improve their competitive advantages and sustainable development.Scientific and reasonable performance evaluation can help enterprises mobilize the enthusiasm of employees in the maximum,and to motivate and give full play to employees' talents,achieving coordinated staff personal goals and organizational goals and promoting common progress and development of employees and corporations.The paper mainly consists of five parts: the first part of the paper is the introduction,it contains the background,the purpose and significance of text,and the research methods and the research ideas of the research in turn,relevant theories about performance management,including the concept and content of performance appraisal;the second part is the research object Feixue company' existing situation and problems of performance appraisal analysis,this paper briefly introduces the Feixue company firstly,then the paper analyze the company's the concept of performance appraisal,evaluation object,evaluation contents,evaluation methods and the inspection cycle,finally the paper analyze the problems existing in the performance appraisal of the Feixue company;the third part puts forward the guiding suggestions that's helpful to company performance appraisal system optimization from five contents including the purpose of performance appraisal,the design principle of the performance appraisal system,the appraisal object and the appraisal organization institution,the performance appraisal index system;the fourth part is the safeguard measures,and it contains organization guarantee,institutional guarantee,personnel protection,enterprise culture guarantee and balance score card security;the last part is the research conclusion of the article,which review and summarize the paper.The paper takes Feixue company as an research object,basing on the problem of performance management and studying the improvement of the performance management of the company so that it provides the basis for the improvement of the performance appraisal system,what's more,the paper presents the corresponding solutions to the main problems in the performance management of the company.Finally,I hope this paper can promote the development of human resource management of the Feixue company and provide positive reference for its development.
