The speed of knowledge update cannot catch up with the speed of knowledge growth.Enterprises are paying more attention to training and investing more in training.As for the air-conditioning industry,the output of air-conditioning has been increasing year by year,but the market size has been decreasing in recent years,resulting in increasingly fierce competition.If enterprises want to maintain advantage and strong competitiveness in such an environment,they have to improve the overall knowledge and skill level of employees.H Air-conditioning Company is an enterprise which integrating air-conditioning research and development,production,and sales.At present,there are many problems in the training system of sales.This paper aims to optimize the training system of sales of H air-conditioning company and establish a training system that more suitable for the company.Based on the relevant theories of the research training system,this paper uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods to study the current situation of the H air-conditioning training system.Using interview method and questionnaire survey method,four typical problems were found,namely,the lack of practicality of the training course content,the insufficient number of training lecturers and the lack of skills,the lack of training evaluation,and the confusion of training files and process management.Then based on survey results and internal company data,drill down to the root cause of the problem.Finally,combined with the theory and the actual situation,the training system of sales in H Air Conditioning Company was optimized.The training system of H Air Conditioning Company is mainly constructed from four aspects,namely,training course system,training lecturer system,training effect evaluation system,and training rules management system.In the training course system,there are planned for four different training objects: new employees,business managers,shopping guides,and merchants that aimed at traditional training courses,and different levels of mentoring systems have been formulated: job mentoring system for new employees,development The professional tutor system for individualized training and the vocational tutor system for career development select appropriate training methods for each type of course,and appropriate training methods have been selected for each type of course.Through the establishment of internal part-time lecturers,tutor teachers,and external lecturers,the training faculty has been strengthened,and the regulations on all aspects of the training faculty have been refined.In terms of the training effect evaluation system,the Korotkoff evaluation model is used to formulate detailed evaluation methods and implementation details for four different levels of evaluation.A relatively complete training rules management system has been established by designing a point system,training file management system,and process management system.This article has sorted out the research on the definition,development,training mode and training system composition of training,meanwhile hoping to provide H air-conditioning with a solution that can solve certain problems,promote the personal development of marketers,and improve the comprehensive corporate strength of H air-conditioning company.At the same time,it also provides reference for companies in the same situation.However,there are still some shortcomings which will be continuously improved in the future construction process. |
