| Under the background of the digital transformation of commercial banks,the ’ Internet + training ’ model integrates digital information and enterprise training.E-training has become an indispensable part of the training field of commercial banks.E-training training has a wide coverage,low training cost,high degree of freedom of training time,non-full-time employees,rapid change of training content and form,and visual and traceable data precipitation,which improves the efficiency of training management.In May 2020,the online training platform of Bank of China University was officially put into operation.ZG Bank supports the group ’s digital transformation development strategy,promotes organizational change,promotes business development,and grows Binneng talents through the construction of Bank of China University,an online training platform covering the wisdom sharing,co-creation and digital learning of all members of the group.The training management of commercial banks is one of the important links of human resource management.The development of comprehensive,professional and highly accepted training can improve the business service ability and business performance level of commercial banks and maintain the core competitiveness of human resource management.Commercial banks should pay more attention to the application and transformation of E-training results while paying attention to the construction and operation of online training platform.E-training evaluation is an indispensable part of training management.This thesis takes the E-training evaluation of ZG Bank KY Sub-branch as the research object.From the perspective of enterprise training management,based on the Kirkpatrick ’s four-level evaluation model,employee interviews and employee questionnaires are designed.Through face-to-face interviews and questionnaire surveys of KY Sub-branch employees,we can deeply understand the current situation of online training evaluation of ZG Bank KY Sub-branch,analyze the problems and causes of E-training evaluation of KY Sub-branch at this stage.Aiming at the problem of online training evaluation of KY branch of ZG bank,this thesis puts forward specific evaluation optimization design : first,clarify the optimization goal of E-training evaluation,and establish a scientific concept of E-training evaluation;secondly,improve the E-training evaluation index system,optimize the online training evaluation index,and use scientific evaluation methods to carry out evaluation implementation;finally,the feedback mechanism of training evaluation results is established to ensure the application of E-training evaluation results.The corresponding system and resource guarantee measures are put forward for the evaluation and optimization design,and then the conclusion is drawn.The research of this thesis is the practical application of Kirkpatrick ’s four-level evaluation model in the E-training evaluation of enterprises.It hopes to try to solve the practical problems of E-training evaluation of ZG Bank KY Branch,clarify the continuous improvement direction of E-training projects of Bank of China University,and provide training management reference for the construction and operation of E-training platform of commercial banks. |
