| With the rapid construction and development of metro system in city D,the type and quantity of operation material procurement of Metro Company in city D are growing rapidly,and the procurement cost is also increasing day by day.How to ensure sufficient supply of operation materials and effectively control the operation and procurement cost has become a problem that D metro company must solve.In this regard,D metro company urgently needs to improve the original backward procurement management mode in the procurement management of operating materials,study and implement a set of scientific and efficient procurement management mode of operating materials,so as to achieve sufficient supply of operating materials,ensure the smooth operation of the metro system,and effectively control the procurement cost of operating materials.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the research on the improvement of operation material procurement management of D Metro Company,and introduces the research methods and technical routes.Then the article cites the relevant procurement management theories including material classification,procurement mode,demand management,supplier management and so on as the theoretical basis of this paper.At the same time,it refers to and collects the research results and advanced experience on material classification and procurement management at home and abroad as a reference.Then the article makes a basic introduction to the D metro operation company and the operation material procurement department,and introduces in detail the operation material procurement process and the current situation of the process operation,summarizes the four problems existing in the current D metro operation material procurement management,and analyzes the causes of the problems through the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods.Next,according to the above procurement management problems,the paper puts forward improvement schemes from the aspects of material classification scheme design,procurement mode selection,demand forecasting model establishment,supplier management process improvement and supplier differentiation management.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the improvement plan,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures including the training of purchasing personnel,the optimization of approval process,and the support and cooperation of management.Based on the actual situation of operation material procurement management of D Metro Company,this paper aims to meet the increasing requirements of operation material procurement management.By using the research methods of literature review,enterprise research,qualitative and quantitative analysis,this paper studies the corresponding improvement methods for the problems existing in the procurement management of metro operation materials in D City,and puts forward safeguard measures.The research results of this paper have practical guiding significance for the improvement of procurement management of metro operation materials in D City,and also provide reference for the procurement management of operation materials of other rail transit companies. |
