In the era of digital economy,new economic models represented by cloud computing,big data,the Internet of Things,and artificial intelligence are gradually penetrating into various fields.Since the outbreak of COVID-19,China’s various industries have suffered varying degrees of impact.In May 2020,the National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC)issued an initiative called "Digital Transformation Partnership Action",and the support of national policies and changes in the economic industry structure have made enterprise customers more focused on enhancing their digital capabilities.Traditional industries have also gradually shifted from extensive growth to refined operation,and the pandemic has accelerated the online management of enterprise operations.Therefore,many companies are beginning to think about how to make good use of digital technology platforms to promote high-quality development of enterprises and embrace digital transformation.At the same time,the market environment of China’s enterprise service industry is more open and diversified in development trends.Therefore,the new environment brings new opportunities,and a large number of digital construction service providers have flooded the market,making industry competition intensify.C Company is a well-known provincial internet listed company that specializes in providing digital construction services to governments and enterprises.In recent years,C Company has been affected by economic downturn and fierce industry competition,and various problems in the operation process of the enterprise have gradually emerged.Among them,insufficient competence of sales personnel,mismatch of employee quality with enterprise development strategy leading to low achievement rate of corporate goals,and the loss of key talents have become prominent issues.Therefore,C Company has identified increasing talent density as the core task of its talent strategy.Training is an important means for enterprises to improve employees’ knowledge and skills,improve their attitudes towards work,promote enterprise efficiency,and obtain core competitiveness.This article takes C Company as the research object,collects and deeply studies relevant theoretical achievements through literature review method.By conducting a questionnaire survey,the current situation of sales personnel training is investigated,and a series of problems such as the absence of training departments,low employee participation,insufficient enterprise learning atmosphere,low training conversion rate,no summary review and continuous follow-up after training,and imperfect training system are analyzed,and the reasons for the above problems are analyzed.On the basis of ability mode of marketing staff of C corporation,considering HR strategy and achievement target,a strategic optimization scheme was developed to overcome the shortcomings of present training system,and to enhance staffs overall quality and core competitive power.Optimization and improvement are carried out from four aspects:teacher resources system,course system,process system,and system system.An internal lecturer selection and external lecturer employment mechanism is established,and training courses are classified in a hierarchical manner.On the basis of the original training system,training needs analysis is improved,and training effectiveness is evaluated and feedbacked in a timely manner to ensure that the training system operates effectively.By optimizing and designing,it is expected that the company can develop an integrated and rational training system which can satisfy its developing strategy,enhance its personnel concentration,build up a fine business culture,enhance staff’s overall capability and organization capability,and offer constant motivation for its high quality development,and realize the joint growth of staff and company.At the same time,this article provides valuable reference for the training of sales personnel in internet companies at the same stage of development.
