In 2020,COVID-19 was rampaging around the world,and it was a heavy blow for world industry.The procurement,transportation,inventory management and factory distribution activities have also been impacted seriously.Among them,the supply logistics of chip wafer fabs’ difficulties is outstanding due to its high technical requirements for special product’s transportation and storage,product’s short shelf life and so on.Therefore,designing an effective supply logistics management scheme is important for enterprises to maintain the stability of supply activities,optimize resource allocation,reduce costs,and increase efficiency.The Company L studied in this thesis is a joint venture company,the company provide supply logistics management service to customer.Company I is a semiconductor wafer manufacturer.This thesis will study the improvement scheme of L company’s supply logistics management for I company.L company is responsible for I company’s dangerous goods supply logistic management.Due to dangerous goods have unique request for logistic and transportation,there are extremely high requirements for the supply logistics management.Especially under the influence of the COVID-19,on the one hand,the rise of home office and home teaching has led to a big increase in the consumption of electronic products;On the other hand,due to the epidemic prevention requirements of suppliers,carriers and factories,the scope and content of personnel activities are limited,so that the demand for raw materials increases and the supply stability continues to decrease.Therefore,the supply logistics management of L company has become the key point to ensure the production and operation of I company.By studying the relevant theories,improve procurement management by improving ERP system,adopting JIT procurement method and supply chain procurement method,improve transportation management by establishing transportation center and logistics information management system,improve warehouse management by establishing standardized processes and vendor managed inventory,improve distribution management by standard and emergency response,therefore the problems of excess and shortage of dangerous goods procurement management,low efficiency and high cost of logistics management,mismatching between the current situation of warehouse management and actual demand,and poor timeliness and accuracy of distribution in the plant area have been solved,and the operation mechanism of supply logistics management can better meet business needs,improve management efficiency,increase enterprise profits Reduce operating costs and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.At the same time,it is the management improvement scheme can provide relevant help for similar semiconductor enterprises in the coordination and extension of supply chain management,the life cycle control of raw materials,cost reduction and efficiency increase of dangerous goods,so as to enable enterprises to find a balance point in the unstable supply-demand relationship and realize the reverse interest growth in the world economic downturn.
