Research On Supply Logistics Collaborative Distribution Based On Supply-Hub

Research on supply logistics collaborative distribution is one of the hot topics in supply chain management and logistics distribution.Traditional research on supply chain distribution considered upstream and downstream of the supply chain timely delivery and rapid response,that is actually in the vertical coordination problem.In this thesis,Supply-Hub is introduced into the framework of supply chain research to examine the problem of logistics collaborative distribution with horizontal collaboration and vertical collaboration in the supply chain collaborated decision-making mode.By analyzing the mechanism of supply chain coordination,sharing information platform and distribution process,forms the theoretical explanation and method guidance for supply chain coordination management.This thesis analyzes the supply chain collaborative operation from the three aspects of distribution decision-making,collaborative distribution process and collaborative distribution information sharing platform.And constructs and compares the distribution cost model under different modes.Through the analysis of the manufacturer company as the background,This thesis proposed a logistics collaborative distribution process and information sharing platform,and forms the general theory and method of supply chain coordination based on Supply-Hub.The research will focus on the manufacturing-centric supply chain management needs,and study the optimal combination strategy for logistics collaborative distribution.This research is of great significance to supply chain coordination management,logistics management and so on.
