| In recent years, with BIM,Internet of Things, big data and other digital technologies playing an increasingly important role in improving the production efficiency, ensuring the quality and enhancing the competitiveness of the construction industry, the digital transformation of the construction industry has become an inevitable development trend. Therefore, whether or not to take the lead in realizing digital transformation has become an important driving force for construction enterprises to find new development modes and achieve high-quality development. To promote the digital transformation of the construction industry,it is necessary to continuously enhance the integrated application of BIM,cloud computing,Internet of Things and other digital technologies in construction projects, constantly improve the construction industry’s ability in fine management, intensive management, network collaboration, intelligent upgrading and other aspects, and enable the construction industry to accelerate the transformation and upgrading. However, due to the limitation of strategic understanding, digital skills and capital reserve, many construction enterprise professionals have low willingness and level to adopt digital technology, most construction project professionals don’t know anything about new digital technology, and most construction enterprises and projects applying digital technology simply apply BIM technology in a certain link of project construction. The inevitable demand of digital technology adoption is seriously out of line with the actual development of digitalization in the construction industry, which obviously affects the effectiveness of digital transformation in China’s construction industry and hinders the high-quality development of China’s construction industry. This paper mainly focuses on the willingness of construction project professionals to adopt digital technology, theoretically explores the key factors that affect the willingness of construction project professionals to adopt digital technology and their mechanism, and guides construction enterprises to start from the basis of improving the willingness of construction project professionals to adopt digital technology, thus providing a fundamental guarantee for digital transformation and development. The research content mainly includes three parts: the index system of influencing factors of digital technology adoption willingness, the identification of key influencing factors, and the mechanism of key influencing factors.First of all, based on the theory of technology-organization-environment framework theory and task-technology fit, combined with practical problems and research status of influencing factors of technology adoption at home and abroad, this study constructed an index measurement system of influencing factors including three dimensions of technology, individual and environment, and nine secondary indexes.Among them, the technical dimension includes three secondary indicators: compatibility, complexity and task technical adaptability.Individual dimension includes three secondary indicators: relevant experience, knowledge storage and self-efficacy.The environmental dimension includes three secondary indicators: policy norms, competitive pressure and convenience conditions.Secondly, according to the index system of influencing factors,a questionnaire is designed to collect data for construction project professionals. After data preprocessing and simple analysis, the processed data is analyzed in detail by using Lasso regression and random forest algorithm. On the basis of the original index system of influencing factors, three secondary indicators are eliminated, and the key factors affecting the digital technology adoption willingness of construction project professionals are obtained. Finally, taking the key factors as external variables in the TAM3 model,a conceptual model of the action mechanism of key factors including the logical paradigm of "external factors-perception-intention to adopt" is constructed, and research hypotheses are proposed at the same time.Using partial least square method to test the conceptual model, the results of principal model test and intermediary effect analysis show that the self-efficacy of individual dimension, the compatibility and complexity of technical dimension affect the adoption intention through the intermediary effect of perceived ease of use.The task technical adaptability of the technical dimension and the policy norms of the environmental dimension have an impact on the adoption intention under the intermediary of perceived usefulness. In addition, the convenience of environmental dimension has a direct impact on the willingness to adopt.According to the path results in the empirical research, qualitative analysis is carried out with typical cases, and the mechanism between key influencing factors is verified. The combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis makes the research results more convincing. Finally, the empirical results and project examples are integrated, and management countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from three aspects: government departments, construction enterprises and digital technology suppliers,so as to provide reference and guidance for construction enterprises to improve the digital technology adoption willingness of construction project professionals. |
