Chinese specialized market is the unique result of industrialized revolution and open policy. The effection of cluster and radiation promotes national economy of china. In most of the developed country, specialized markets have realized the reform from traditional trade market to modern business by information technology (IT). Whereas the level of Chinese IT is relatively low. Thus, it is critical for Chinese market to bring in sophisticated IT and updated market function. The paper searches CNKI data base and finds that researches about IT adoption of specialized market in mainland china is also rare. It is necessary to study this subject furthermore.According to Nolan IT penetration hypothesis, this paper divides IT penetration to two stages: adoption intend and application extent. Based on "TOE" framework,which is employed in the technology adoption widely, this study constructs the "TOEM" framework according to Chinese specialized market. Four dimensions, technology characteristics, organizational characteristics, market characteristics and environmental characteristics, are included for the empirical study. Firstly, a Principal-Factor-Analysis is used to get 11 factors from 14 variables based on four dimensions. Finally, a correlation analysis between the above-mentioned factors and IT adoption is employed.The results suggest that:(1) This research model has been validated. The research model in this paper not only has the theories value, but also even has the profound and realistic meaning according to data analysis.(2) Based on the analysis of micro administration, this paper cites another two influence factors: function of macro administration and acceptance ability of trade body. Finally the data analysis shows that two factors mentioned above have significant relationship between intendance of IT adoption in specialized marked and extent of IT application.(3) There is somewhat difference between the influence factors of IT adoption intendance and IT application extent. Some factors could not be considered when enterprises do the investment decision could influence the application extend of IT. (4) There is significant association between the size of a firm and intendance of IT adoption. There is not any significant association between the size of a firm and the extent of IT application.(5) There is significant association between the type of a firm and the extent of IT application. There is not any significant association between the type of a firm and the intendance of IT adoption.
