Study On Influencing Factors Of Farmers' Willingness And Behavior To Adopting Testing Soil For Formulated Fertilization Technology In Chongzhou

Agricultural non-point source pollution seriously threatens China's rural ecological environment protection and agricultural product quality and safety assurance,and the excessive application of chemical fertilizer is one of the main causes of agricultural non-point source pollution.In recent years,China has successively issued a series of policy initiatives to promote environmentally friendly agricultural technologies and promote scientific fertilization.Among them,the soil testing formula fertilization technology,which,according to soil conditions and crop conditions for scientific fertilization,plays an important role in improving fertilizer use efficiency and reducing agricultural non-point source pollution.By studying the influencing factors of the farmers' willingness and adoption of testing soil for formulated fertilization technology and proposing policy recommendations,it is of great practical significance to promote the promotion of soil testing and formula fertilization technology and realize scientific fertilization.Taking 193 households in Chongzhou City of Sichuan Province as an example,this paper,which cutting in from the perspective of farmers,innovatively combines the willingness and behavior of farmers' soil testing and fertilization techniques and study the influencing factors of farmers' willingness and behavior to adopting testing soil for formulated fertilization technology in Chongzhou.The research content of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)According to whether the sample selection has the will,whether there is actual behavior,the sample is divided into the willing group and the unwilling group,the behavioral and the non-behavior group.This paper analyzes the key factors affecting the willingness and behavior of soil testing and formula fertilization technology,and lays the foundation for the empirical research in the following;(2)Based on the theory of planned behavior and the theory of farmer behavior,the logit model is used to empirically study the intrinsic influence mechanism and direction of behavioral attitudes,subjective norms,perceptual behavior control,and other control variables on the willingness of farmers to adopt soil fertilization techniques;empirical research Individual characteristics,family characteristics,cognitive characteristics,external conditions,and perceptual behavior control,etc.The intrinsic influence mechanism and direction of the adoption behavior of the soil testing formula fertilization technology and the acceptance willingness and behavioral deviation.Through the above research,the paper draws the following conclusions:(1)From the perspective of technology adoption willingness and adoption behavior,farmers who are willing to adopt soil testing formula fertilization technology account for a large proportion of the sample,accounting for 82.4%,while the farmers who have actually adopted Less,accounting for 36.8%.Among the 159 people who are willing to adopt the soil testing and formula fertilization technology,88 farmers did not make actual adoption behavior.(2)From the willingness to adopt the soil testing formula fertilization technology,the stronger the understanding of the soil condition by the soil testing formula fertilization technology,the higher the recognition of the soil testing formula fertilization technology,the easier the agricultural technology information acquisition,the older the age Larger,higher-education farmers are more willing to adopt this technology;from the adoption of soil testing and formula fertilization technology,the family is a technology demonstration household,farmers have more knowledge of soil testing and formula fertilization technology to reduce costs,and have participated in relevant technologies.The more convenient the training,the more convenient the contact with the technical staff,the higher the frequency of guidance of the relevant departments,the stronger the farmers' awareness of the economic conditions they have adopted to adopt the technology,the more likely they are to adopt the soil testing formula fertilization technology,and the fact that there are village cadres in the family has a negative impact on the adoption behavior.From the deviation between willingness and behavior of soil testing and formula fertilization technology,the family has participated in the training of science and technology model households and farmers,and the higher the frequency of guidance of relevant departments,the stronger the farmers' perception of their own economic conditions for adopting the technology,the willingness to adopt and The probability of behavioral bias is smaller,and the degree of education of farmers has a positive impact on bias.Relevant policy recommendations are proposed for this:(1)Strengthen the publicity of soil testing and formula fertilization technology.(2)Strengthen the management of demonstration sites for soil testing and formula fertilization techniques.(3)Promote the normalization of soil testing and formula fertilization technology.(4)Linking all parties to promote the promotion of soil testing and formula fertilization technology.
