Study On Input-output Efficiency Of Modern Agriculture In Jilin Province

Agriculture also occupies an extremely important position in my country’s national economic system.At present,my country has entered the stage of modern agricultural construction in the process of development.Therefore,we should explore new development models and routes to ensure the sustainable and long-term development of agriculture.The effective improvement of my country’s comprehensive strength has a very important connection with the current people’s livelihood planning.The year 2020 is an important stage for building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.It is necessary to attach great importance to the solution of rural poverty.The essence of developing agriculture is to realize the modernization of agriculture.At present,my country’s agriculture should pay attention to the improvement of the modernization system in the process of development.An important method is to increase the ratio of agricultural production to production.As a major agricultural province in China,in the process of development,it shoulders the important mission of agricultural modernization,and also plays a very important role in the long-term development of my country’s agriculture.developing.The agricultural level of Jilin Province is also closely related to the agricultural level of the entire Northeast region,and it is related to the current strategy implementation process in China’s development process.In the research process of this paper,the input efficiency of modern agriculture in Jilin Province is further discussed,hoping to supplement the current development system of Jilin Province,broaden the perspective of modern agriculture research,and ensure that the overall efficiency of enthusiasm can be effectively improved in the development process.The new socialist countryside provides a good reference.This paper evaluates the efficiency of modern agricultural input and output in Jilin Province from 2005 to 2019 based on data envelopment analysis(DEA)efficiency evaluation model by using literature research,statistical analysis,comparative analysis and empirical analysis.Through panel data analysis,it makes a horizontal comparison with Liaoning and Heilongjiang provinces,and makes a vertical comparison of the input and output indicators of Jilin Province over the years.The research results show that:(1)the comprehensive efficiency of modern agricultural input in Jilin Province ranks second after Heilongjiang Province in northeast China.(2)In Jilin Province,there is a shortage of redundant input and output of modern agriculture in many years,and the efficiency needs to be improved;(3)Through Malmquist total factor production efficiency analysis,the efficiency of modern agricultural input in Jilin Province basically showed an increasing trend,in which the efficiency of technological progress increased the most;(4)In non-DEA-effective years,indexes such as agricultural mechanization level,rural per capita electricity consumption,effective irrigated area,proportion of employees in agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery,fertilizer application intensity,per capita cultivated land area,proportion of fixed assets investment in agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery have different degrees of input redundancy.The article proposes to improve the input mechanism of modern agriculture and provide institutional guarantee;Improve the input level of modern agriculture and strengthen the strength support;Optimize the input structure of modern agriculture and improve the allocation of resources;Suggestions on developing modern agriculture of moderate scale and realizing industrial upgrading,etc.
