Research On The Efficiency Of Modern Agricultural Investment In Hunan Province

Agriculture plays an important role in our national economy.At present,China has entered a new stage of accelerating the development of modern agriculture.Therefore,clarifying the development route and mode of the new stage of modern agriculture and promoting the sustainable development of modern agriculture is not only the key to reflect China's comprehensive strength,but also the focus on national economy and people's livelihood.2020 is the decisive period for building a well-off society in an all-round way.The key to solving the rural poverty problem lies in the development of agriculture,and the fundamental solution to the development of agriculture is to promote the transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture and accelerate the development and modernization of China 's agriculture.The theme of agricultural development in China is to vigorously develop modern agriculture,and to improve the efficiency of input and output of modern agriculture.As a major agricultural province in China,Hunan is also shouldering the important mission of the strategy for the rise of the central region in the new era.Its modern agricultural development level is also the development process of modern agriculture in the entire central region and even the whole country.The current research and analysis in China is mainly based on the analysis of the country and northern provinces.This article studies the input efficiency of modern agriculture in Hunan Province.It is hoped to supplement the relevant content of the research on the input efficiency of modern agriculture in Hunan Province and broaden the research on the input efficiency of modern agriculture.The perspective provides a scientific and effective reference for improving the comprehensive agricultural efficiency of Hunan Province and even the central region,promoting the development of modern agriculture and building a new socialist countryside.The article first explains the background,purpose and significance of the research,and then reviews the current research situation at home and abroad.By defining the concepts related to modern agricultural input efficiency and analyzing the relevant basic theories of modern agricultural input efficiency,it lays a solid foundation for the research content of the article Theoretical basis.Secondly,based on the principles of index system construction,combined with the actual situation of modern agricultural input in Hunan Province,policy authority regulations,existing research results and internal requirements for efficiency evaluation,a modern agricultural input efficiency index system was constructed in Hunan Province Thirdly,by analyzing the current status of input and output of modern agriculture in Hunan Province,and discovering the status quo problems,it fully illustrates the importance of studying the input efficiency of modern agriculture in Hunan Province.Thirdly,using DEA data envelopment analysis method combined with the relevant sample data,through its own vertical and horizontal comparison with other five provinces in the central region,conducts an empirical analysis to evaluate the level of input efficiency of modern agriculture in Hunan Province,and provides quantification for the following suggestions for improving countermeasures in accordance.Finally,the conclusions of empirical analysis are summarized,and relevant countermeasures and suggestions for improving the efficiency of modern agricultural investment in Hunan Province are put forward.
