This article introduces the emergence,the development of the ecological footprint and the research methods,mainly introduced the ecological footprint of input-output analysis method,and use the input-output model to calculate the ecological footprint of Jilin province in 2012,the ecological footprint account,in order to show the influence of human activities on the ecological environment in Jilin province.In 2012,the ecological footprint account of Jilin province showed:The final ecological footprint of Jilin province in 2012 was 7.59×10~7 hectares.It's four times the current land area in Jilin province.The per capita ecological footprint reached 2.81 hectares per person.The export ecological footprint is 2.28×10~6 hectares.The import ecological footprint is6.39×10~6 hectares.Import ecological footprint is greater than export ecological footprint.Then we calculate the ecological footprint account of Jilin province in 2007 the results showed that:The final ecological footprint of Jilin province in 2007 was7.16×10~7 hectares.The per capita ecological footprint is 2.66 hectares per person.The export ecological footprint is 6.02×10~7 hectares,the import ecological footprint is 7.57×10~7 hectares,and the import ecological footprint is greater than the export ecological footprint.Results compared with 2007,the ecological footprint in 2012 final demand has increased 4.3×10~6 hectares,grew by 6%,the per capita ecological footprint has increased 0.15 hectare per person,per capita ecological deficit in 2007 from 1.17hectare per person to 1.34 hectares per person.After accounting for the ecological footprint of 2007 and 2012,this paper analyzes and calculates the supply distribution coefficient,influence coefficient and inductance coefficient of the industrial sector.Supply distribution coefficient results show that the traditional agriculture and construction of other industrial sectors influence and restriction degree is bigger,and from 2007 to 2012,the rapid development of the third industry,the degree of influence and restriction was increased gradually.Influence coefficient results show that the first industry(traditional ecological-economic)consumption of land use and the second industry(industrial,construction,etc.)of energy consumption and the ecological footprint of Jilin province of demand,and maintain a strong footprint spread effect and stimulating role.Induction degree coefficient results show that the traditional agriculture inductivity of the strongest in terms of productive land ecological footprint,the demand for land and occupies the largest,the second industry of energy ecological footprint induction degree decline,the third industry of energy ecological footprint induction degree rise,demand for energy usage and improved,the second industry and the tertiary industry of Jilin province economic and ecological footprint.
