With the steady growth of China’ s economy,the change of people’ s consumption concept and the acceleration of China’ s gradual entry into an aging society,consumers’ demand for natural drugs is becoming more and more urgent.Especially since the covid-19 outbreak,Chinese medicine has attracted more and more attention because of its more significant curative effect.In recent years,the state has issued a series of policies and regulations to support and protect the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry,and the traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece industry has ushered in a good development opportunity.This thesis selects the typical S Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.in Anguo as the research object,and analyzes its future strategic choice through literature review,investigation and research,combined with quantitative analysis.In this thesis,the internal and external environment of S Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.were analyzed detailedly.It was quantitatively analyzed by EFE matrix and IFE matrix.The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of S Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.were accurately described.And,the available strategies have be combed by SWOT tool.From the perspective of S Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.in IE matrix,the enterprise has strong control ability over the internal environment,and can also make more efficient response to the external environment.Therefore,the positive development strategy matches S Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.Based on the actual situation of S Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,this thesis formulates the strategy suitable for the development of s Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,and expounds the implementation of the overall strategy,the competition strategy and the functional strategy respectively,at the same time,this paper puts forward some measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy.Through the analysis of the development strategy of S Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,this thesis provides suggestions for its development,and also provides reference for many traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces production and processing enterprises in Anguo City.
