Study On Planter Family Farmers’ Intention Of Large-scale Operation In Jinyun County

Family farm is the core production and operation subject in the current development stage of Chinese agriculture and the main operation mode of modern agriculture.Under the combined influence of the household contract responsibility system and the policy of encouraging fertility in the 1960 s and 1970 s,the contradiction between the large population and the limited land has become prominent.Moderate scale management of family farms is beneficial to alleviate the situation of land fragmentation and protect the red line of arable land in China.There is a close correlation between family farm planting scale and agricultural production efficiency.However,there are still many factors that restrict the scale operation of plantation family farms.On this basis,this paper analyzes the development status of plant-type family farms in Jinyun County,studies the influencing factors of plant-type family farmers’ intention of scale operation in Jinyun County,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.Firstly,this paper sorted out and summarized the development background of planting family farm in Jinyun County and the research status at home and abroad,and based on the theory of scale economy,agricultural industrialization and land transfer theory.Taking planting family farms in Jinyun County as the research object,this paper describes and analyzes the development status of planting family farms in Jinyun County by combining questionnaire survey and field interview.Since its development in 2013,The planting family farm in Jinyun County has achieved certain results.As of August 2021,there are 695 enterprises registered in the industrial and commercial register,and the demonstration benefits are constantly enhanced.Family farms grow a wide variety of crops,most of which are cash crops such as tea,fruits and vegetables.Secondly,a descriptive analysis of the current situation of family farms and farmers was conducted based on 209 survey data of planting family farms in Jinyun County.In addition,the relationship between the three factors and the intention of large-scale operation of farmers was preliminarily analyzed by means of cross analysis.Then the empirical analysis is carried out by constructing binary logistic regression model.Finally,the empirical results are further verified by case analysis.Finally,based on the above conclusions,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen cultivation,attract fresh blood,increase the use of machinery,reduce the amount of labor,improve the insurance system,enhance the ability to resist risks and broaden sales channels to realize the circulation of funds.
