Study On Influencing Factors Of Farmers’ Willingness To Transfer Land

In 2021,rural revitalization will enter the stage of comprehensive promotion,and rural land transfer will enter a new development period.At present,the development level of rural land transfer varies greatly in different parts of the country,and there are many problems in areas where land transfer development is relatively slow,among which many problems are centered on the willingness of farmers to transfer land.The law of Our country stipulates that the land transfer must be on the premise of farmers’ willingness,and cannot be forced to transfer.Therefore,it is necessary to study the influencing factors of farmers’ willingness to transfer land,so as to formulate corresponding countermeasures to improve farmers’ willingness to transfer land and speed up rural land transfer.This paper takes shenqiu County,Zhoukou City,Henan Province,the author’s hometown as the research object,uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and empirical analysis method to study the existing problems of farmers’ land transfer in Shenqiu County and the influencing factors of farmers’ willingness to land transfer.SPSS25.0 software was used to establish a binary logistic regression model to analyze the influencing factors of land transfer willingness.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:Firstly,from the four aspects of individual characteristics of peasant households,resource endowment characteristics of peasant households,perception characteristics of peasant households’ production and life,and perception characteristics related to land transfer,Age,cultural level,degree of multiple occupations,farmers have non-agricultural technology,non-agricultural labor force,non-agricultural income,urban and rural health care satisfaction,satisfaction of endowment insurance,agricultural subsidies satisfaction,new agricultural management main body understanding quantity,land circulation,land circulation price 12 will influence factors on the land circulation has significant positive influence;The number of labor force,land transfer procedures and the incidence of land transfer disputes have a significant negative impact on the intention of land transfer.Gender,health status,affection for land,per capita household income,land contracted area,number of agricultural machinery owned,distance to local government,transportation convenience,satisfaction degree of agricultural infrastructure,and difficulty in obtaining land transfer information have no significant impact on land transfer intention.Secondly,according to the influencing factors of farmers’ willingness to transfer land in Shenqiu County,the following countermeasures are put forward:change farmers’ concept and improve their understanding of land transfer;Perfect land transfer market to reduce land flow disputes;Creating jobs and upgrading the skills of the surplus labor force;Vigorously cultivate new agricultural operating subject,promote moderate scale operation;We will improve the rural social security system and raise the level of social security for farmers.
