In China,the enterprise performance evaluation system has attracted more and more attention from stakeholders at all levels.They understand its development and operation through the analysis of enterprise performance evaluation.However,the previous traditional performance evaluation is outdated,which can not reflects the overall development of the enterprise,and even some evaluations will have a negative impact on the enterprise,which will seriously affect the role of the performance evaluation system.Nowadays,to evaluate the operation status of an enterprise,we should not only be familiar with its internal operation and financial status,but also understand the future development of the enterprise.As a reasonable and efficient performance evaluation theory,Balanced Scorecard has been used by many enterprises in China as an effective tool to evaluate enterprise performance.By combining enterprise strategic management objectives with performance management evaluation,it can effectively improve the level of enterprise performance evaluation.Therefore,for enterprises,building a set of scientific and complete performance evaluation system is an important part of enterprise development and improving market competitiveness.The enterprise selected in this thesis is HJ Vacuum Technology Company,which uses the Balanced Scorecard theory as the theoretical basis.At the same time,by constructing the strategic map of HJ Vacuum Technology Company,this thesis decomposes and analyzes the strategic objectives from four dimensions,analyzes the main factors affecting the performance indicators,and then determines the new performance evaluation indicators of HJ Vacuum Technology Company in each dimension.By determining the performance evaluation indicators of the company,department and employee,this thesis gives reasonable weights to the performance evaluation indicators by using analytic hierarchy process and questionnaire survey method.Finally,the corresponding performance index weights are scored and evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and questionnaire survey method.At the same time,corresponding safeguard measures are proposed for the performance evaluation of HJ Vacuum Technology Company.It is hoped that it can provide valuable reference and suggestions for other enterprises to solve their own performance evaluation problems.
