| Banks play a very important role in various commercial activities in Our country.Under various competitive pressures,banking institutions are facing very significant challenges.They need to continuously reform and maintain stable operation,improve core competitiveness and build effective governance mechanisms in the fierce competition.The establishment of an effective and sound performance appraisal system can promote the work performance of commercial banks to a greater extent and provide a certain guarantee for their long-term healthy development.A scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system will not only improve the work enthusiasm of employees,but also create a working atmosphere for employees to catch up with others and constantly improve the level of human resource management of the organization.To improve the performance management of bank employees,to optimize the performance system,to implement effective management policies,and to promote the development of the bank itself is one of the major issues facing banks at present.This paper mainly takes Tianjin Branch of bank B as an example.In order to find the problems existing in the current performance appraisal process of Tianjin Branch of Bank B,optimize the performance appraisal system,and put forward the implementation strategy of the performance appraisal system,this paper carries out relevant research work by literature research,case analysis and questionnaire survey.At the same time,the concepts of performance and related methods are studied to lay a theoretical foundation for subsequent research.This paper introduces the basic situation of Tianjin Branch of bank B,and conducts research from different angles based on questionnaire survey.By digging out the existing problems and causes of the original system,it analyzes the main problems in the current performance appraisal process of B Bank Tianjin Branch and the existing causes.Taking the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard as the analysis framework,the performance appraisal system of Tianjin Branch of bank B is further optimized from the following aspects:the adjustment of the performance appraisal framework,the design of performance appraisal indicators,the optimization of performance appraisal scores,and the application of performance appraisal results.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme of the performance appraisal system of B Bank Tianjin Branch,the organizational guarantee measures and ideological construction scheme are further proposed to promote the steady and healthy development of B Bank Tianjin Branch. |
