There are many factors that determine enterprise development.One of the most important factors is the management of the enterprise.It is of great significance to improve the role of management personnel and to implement the management mode corresponding to the enterprise development and for the long-term development.The middle managers of enterprises play an important role in the management activities of the whole enterprise and promote the normal operation of the enterprise.China attaches great importance to the healthy development of private enterprises and gives private enterprises many preferential policies.In recent years,private enterprises in the county have developed rapidly,and economic development zones have been established to serve the development of enterprises in the region.At the same time,these enterprises are also creating huge economic value.However,with the development of The Times,the domestic and international market competition environment is increasingly severe and complex,the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the county level,the lack of sustainable development capacity and other problems are increasingly prominent.LZY company is one of many small and medium-sized enterprises in the county.In the internal management of LZY company,the problems existing in the training of middle management personnel restrict the long-term development of the enterprise.Select the research direction according to the research direction,and use the spss analysis and interview information to summarize the extraction of records through the method of visiting research and questionnaire surveys with the middle manager of the local actual confirmed lzy company as the research target.,The specific situation of the intermediate management team for the lzy company is that the existence of problems is conspicuous in the actual work of training intermediate managers for the time being,and based on the contents,research analysis is conducted one by one,learning and training.,A series of theories such as organizational behavior were combined to carry out a targeted optimization design for the current training system for middle managers of LZY company.In other words,it will be reconstructed and optimized from the four aspects of demand,planning,implementation and appraisal in the training system for middle management.Specifically,we have fulfilled the demand for education and training from three areas:organization,workplace,and individual;refine the general-purpose class course,and enhance the training plan by providing specialized class course and advance class course.rice field.We will enhance the norm training organization from the aspects of online training,cooperative training between schools and companies,and establishment of norm processes.Improved training evaluation in terms of response,learning,behavior and results.The purpose of this paper is to optimize the middle management training system for LZY Company,solve the outstanding problems existing in the current training of the company,make the middle management training more scientific and reasonable,and ultimately improve the comprehensive management ability of the middle management of the company,Gives great power to the development of the company.At the same time,it provides effective reference and guidance for the development and cultivation of middle-level management talents in small and medium-sized enterprises in counties and townships,In addition,practical operation process and theoretical practice training are also included.
