Due to China’s current society and economy has entered a new normal,the slowing growth of the national economy,coupled with the continued deterioration of the global economic environment,and the rising trend of trade protectionism and other common factors,the intensified international competitive environment puts forward higher requirements for the operation and management of private manufacturing enterprises.With the rapid development of Hefei Hongtu Company in recent years,the mismatch between the grassroots employee performance management system and the company’s strategic development goals seriously restricts the development of the company.In the end,the results of the company,the paper found that the mismatch of the performance objectives of the performance objectives,the lack of performance results and the lack of communication in the performance management process.Based on this and basis,the principles,ideas and optimization methods of performance management system optimization are determined,and the corresponding implementation plan and feasible measures are formulated.In enterprises,grassroots employee performance management system should further combine personal skills level with personal performance income,and enterprise incentive guidance should change from a single efficiency focus to both quality and efficiency;consider employee performance with multi-dimensional assessment indicators to reduce employee management difficulty,improve employee self-management ability and reduce enterprise management cost;and link personal performance to team performance to motivate team cooperation.The paper finally aims to ensure the smooth implementation of the performance management system,with specific safeguard measures involving system guarantee,organizational guarantee and personnel guarantee.Conclusion It has some reference value for the performance management of small and medium-sized private manufacturing.
