| People are the crucial factor in the production activities of enterprises.Nowadays,the international and domestic environment is increasingly severe,and the competition is increasingly fierce.If an enterprise wants to succeed in the competition,it ultimately depends on the quality improvement of employees.The improvement of staff quality requires not only the hard work and ability improvement of employees,but also the planned and organized training of employees.QL Industrial Co.,LTD.,a subsidiary of CQSY Group,is the largest automobile(sedan)brake disc manufacturer in southwest of China.In the severe market competition,how to improve the production efficiency of grass-roots employees by constantly optimizing the training system,stimulate their enthusiasm and subjective initiative,and increase their sense of identity and belonging to the corporate culture? It is an important subject that QL Industrial company must study in current economic environment and market competition.Based on human capital theory,adult learning theory and training results transformation theory,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of grassroots staff training in QL Industrial Company by means of interviews and questionnaires.In the aspect of grass-roots staff training,the company has problems such as lack of systematic training planning,lack of staff training awareness,lack of rigorous research and analysis of training needs,lack of organizational support for on-the-job training,relatively weak staff training,training effect evaluation system is not perfect and so on.The reasons mainly include that the training of grassroots staff has not been paid attention by the management,the training operation system is still not perfect,the training system is still not perfect,the training resources are insufficient and the training course system is to be improved.The paper further puts forward the general idea for the optimization of the training system for the grass-roots staff of QL Industry company from the two perspectives including system and management.It takes strategy,consciousness,planning,effectiveness and pertinency as the optimization principles,and proposes specific optimization schemes from the aspects of training needs analysis,training course system,training teacher team optimization,training effect evaluation system and so on.And from the aspects of culture,organization,system,resources and so on,the guaranteed measures to ensure the implementation of the training system optimization plan are put forward. |
