Henan Yicheng Company is a comprehensive pension company based on elderly care service,involved in health services,smart pension,aging products and other services for the elderly.In recent years,with the aggravation of China’s aging population,China’s pension industry has developed rapidly.Driven by market demand and policy support,real estate enterprises,insurance enterprises and other enterprises have also entered the pension industry,bringing great pressure to the competition and development of Henan Yicheng Company.Under the new situation,how to get a place in the fierce market has become an important issue of Henan Yicheng Company’s management.Therefore,it is necessary for Henan Yicheng Company to take a strategic look at the current competitive environment,choose the right competitive strategy,to improve the market competitive advantage of enterprises,promote the healthy and long-term development of enterprises.Firstly,this article introduces the present situation of Henan Yicheng Company,analyzes its internal environment,including human resources,organizational structure and management situation,and analyzes the macro environment and industry competitive environment of the company with the help of PEST analysis method and Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model,comprehensively analyzes the company’s strengths,weaknesses and facing the opportunities and threats,and make internal and external factors evaluation matrix.Secondly,on the basis of internal and external environment analysis,quantitative strategic planning matrix analysis(QSPM)is used to evaluate and analyze the three alternative competitive strategies of cost leadership,differentiation and centralization.Finally,combining with the above analysis,it is proposed that Henan Yicheng Company should implement the competitive strategy of cost leadership and differentiation.In terms of cost leadership strategy,the company should continue to promote the implementation of public ownership and private operation pension projects,fully excavation idle property renovation projects,adopt centralized procurement and collaborative procurement mode,and further strengthen the management of the company’s capital flow.In terms of differentiation strategy,the company should build alzheimer’s disease characteristic service and take a beforehand layout for family elderly care bed business,and give full play to the advantages of government resources,industrial chain resources and characteristic service,fuses the above advantages,establish a unique and differentiated pension service system catering to the needs of the elderly.At the same time,the author comes up with a guarantee mechanism for the implementation of competitive strategy to ensure the smooth implementation of the company’s cost leadership strategy and differentiation strategy.
