Research On Conversion From Old Growth Drivers To New Ones In LD Company

In recent years,the growth rate of my country’s agricultural economy has slowed down,and at the same time,the environment of agricultural enterprises is constantly facing new challenges.Therefore,to break the current predicament of the downward trend and realize the healthy and stable sustainable development of the agricultural economy,it is urgent to realize the conversion of old and new kinetic energy.However,due to the fact that the conversion of old and new kinetic energy has not been implemented in my country for a long time,there are certain differences in the definition of this concept by scholars,and the definition of the conversion by enterprises is not clear,resulting in many problems in the conversion.Therefore,understanding the conversion of new and old kinetic energy,realizing how to combine the actual and effective conversion of enterprises,and clarifying the development direction have become a crucial work.Taking the agricultural processing enterprise of LD Group in Shandong Province as an example,this paper studies the problem of the conversion of new and old kinetic energy of LD Group by applying literature analysis,comparative analysis and grey model prediction method combined with relevant theoretical data.Through the analysis of the internal and external environmental data of LD Group,combined with qualitative and quantitative methods,the reasons for the conversion of old and new kinetic energy of LD Group were analyzed.Combined with the operation mechanism and work direction of LD Group in the conversion,it is found that there are problems in land transfer,mechanized equipment,base production personnel,enterprise labor cost,brand building and product export exchange rate in the conversion of old and new kinetic energy of LD Group.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and policy suggestions: Innovate the form of cooperation to ensure the transfer of land;strengthen technological innovation to promote the development of agricultural machinery;strengthen the training of reserve talents and improve the quality of laborers;Stabilize the labor delivery chain and reduce the labor cost of enterprises;focus on brand building and promote the "three-in-one standard";adjust the focus of production and sales to expand the two markets,etc.It can help enterprises to develop better in the transformation of old and new kinetic energy.Through the research on the conversion of new and old kinetic energy of LD Group,LD Group can further understand the development advantages brought by the conversion of old and new kinetic energy to the enterprise.At the same time,through research,the development direction of enterprises in the transformation of new and old kinetic energy can be determined and also this research can accelerate the healthy,stable and rapid development of my country’s agriculture.
