Research On Tourism Development Of Characteristic Towns In Shandong Province Driven By New And Old Kinetic Energy Conversion

With the increasing attention of the state to the construction of characteristic towns,it is an inevitable trend to cultivate characteristic towns.Characteristic towns not only meet the requirements of the new urbanization construction,which can alleviate the pressure on the core urban areas and enhance the urban carrying capacity,but also conform to new and old kinetic energy conversion project,which is committed to developing emerging industries and transforming traditional industries into new kinetic.The unique industry,culture,tourism and community functions of the characteristic town have laid foundations for tourism development.Constructing characteristic town with tourism thinking as tourist destination,not only can increase tourism resource and achieve tourism diversion in the Golden period of Tourism,but also will benefit the residents and meet the various needs of tourists at all levels.In order to promote the tourism development of characteristic town and keep its sustainable development,it is necessary to evaluate its development value,which can confirm the development direction and development level to ensure the correctness and to regenerate the industry,resources and culture with tourism thinking.Therefore,establishing the comprehensive evaluation system of tourism development of characteristic town and making analysis of them,have great theoretical and practical significance for the construction of characteristic town,which can give full play to its tourism function and cultural function.This paper introduces the basic situation of characteristic towns in Shandong Province.The characteristic towns in Shandong Province are widely distributed,which present regional aggregation and have rich resource,and the grade of national characteristic towns are high.This paper divides the characteristic towns of Shandong Province into emerging industry,green industry and traditional industry characteristic town,among which,the green industry characteristic town occupies the dominant position,the emerging industry characteristic town is dominated by the high-end equipment manufacturing industry,and thequantity of traditional industry characteristic town is small,mainly by the labor-intensive industry.And the paper summarizes the advantages of tourism development from the five aspects of government policy,tourist market,town supply,transportation and tourism.On the basis of this,this paper regards the tourism attraction,tourism vitality and tourism bearing capacity as the first-level index,resource value,resource development value,location condition,development prospect,infrastructure bearing capacity and tourism's relying environment bearing capacity as the second-level index.Based on these indicators,this paper establishes the comprehensive evaluation system of tourism development of characteristic town.While taking 22 national characteristic towns as a sample and making the comprehensive scoring according to the evaluation system,The paper classifies these 22 national characteristic towns into four categories through hierarchical clustering method with SPSS 22 software: tourism mature characteristic town,tourism synergetic characteristic town,tourism potential characteristic town,and tourism dependent characteristic town.For tourism mature characteristic town,it is necessary to shape the brand and enrich the activities.For tourism synergetic characteristic town,it should strengthen the linkage of resources and actively carry on the product innovation.For tourism potential characteristic town,it should enrich the business form and improve the marketing ability.For tourism dependent characteristic town,it is important to promote industry,develop regional culture and mobilize the enthusiasm of residents,so that they can benefit from the development of tourism.
