Multidimensional Statistical Appraisal And Analysis About The Conversion Of New And Old Kinetic Energy In Economic Development Of Hebei Province

China's economic development has entered “The New Normal”,which means that depending on population growth and land resources is no longer feasible.With the reduction of resources and the constraints of environment,our national economic development mode of depending on high investment,high consumption and high pollution has to be changed.The government' proposed that the economy develops sustainably and stably driven by the transformation of old and new kinetic energy,cultivate and develop new kinetic energy,transform and upgrade traditional kinetic energy,through continuous innovation and technological progress,and realize the transformation of new and old kinetic energy.Accelerating the transformation of new and old kinetic energy is not only related to the China's economy development,but also to the economic development of Hebei Province.It has been three years since Prime Minister Keqiang Li proposed the conversion of old and new kinetic energy at a government meeting in October 2015.Now,what is the current situation of the new and old kinetic energy conversion in Hebei Province? what are the diffenences of the new and old kinetic energy conversion between Hebei and other provinces or cities,what are those problems that exist in the process of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in Hebei Province? According to the current situation of economic development in Hebei Province,this paper will conduct in-depth research,aiming at speeding up the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in Hebei Province and promoting the sustainable development of Hebei Province's economy.Section 1 summarizes the introduction.This part mainly summarizes the research background the significance of the new and old kinetic energy conversion,and the research status at home and abroad in different aspects,also lists the research methods and innovations of this paper.Section 2 summarizes the summary of related conceptual theory and analytical model.By collating and analyzing the relevant literature on the research issues,this part sumsup the relevant theories of new and old kinetic energy conversion,introduces the model used in this empirical study,and paves the way for the follow-up study of this paper.Section 3 from four aspects of economic vitality,power conversion,transformation upgrading,and innovation drive,analyses the current situation of the new and old factors of dynamic energy conversion in Hebei's economic development,compares and analyses the data of total factor productivity and the contribution rate of three major demands to economicgrowth in Hebei Province in 2012 and 2017,and finds out that the economic vitality of Hebei Province has been continuously improving,power conversion has been accelerated,transformation and upgrading has been continuously increased,and innovation-driven has been continuously improved.Section 4 chooses six indicators,such as total factor productivity,which affects the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in economic development.And seven provinces(cities)are selected such as Beijing,Tianjin and Shanghai.Then calculates the correlation degree between the best provinces(cities)and other provinces(cities)in each optimal index by grey correlation method,ranks the provinces(cities)in each index,later calculates the total score of every province(citie)by using the principal component method.Finally,by comparing the rankings among provinces,reaches the analysis result of the differences between Hebei Province and other provinces(cities)in the transformation of new and old kinetic energy of economic development.Section 5 puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.In view of the previous analysis of the situation of the new and old kinetic energy conversion in Hebei Province,finds out the existing problems of the new and old kinetic energy conversion,combines with the actual situation of economic development in Hebei Province,puts forward effective strategiesSection 6 summarizes the conclusion.Summarizes the work of this paper and the prospects of the research in the future.
