| Yulin is located in the Loess Plateau of northwest China,which is a typical rain-fed agricultural area.The average annual rainfall is only 316-513mm.The temporal and spatial distribution of rainfall is uneven,mainly concentrated from July to September.But on the other hand,the use of dry farming technology of farmers in this year’s drought was basically unaffected,food crops as usual growth,caused farmers and government departments at all levels of attention,so dry farming technology in Yulin,such as dry land based rainfed agricultural area is very suitable,worthy of our large-scale promotion.In order to promote large-scale farming,it is necessary to understand the psychological state of farmers when adopting dry farming technology,which is the problem I want to solve.In yulin city,the face of problems existing in the rainfed agriculture technology application,I concluded that farmers use a large number of literatures is certain the influence factors of dry farming technology,mainly by individuals,families,economic,cultural and other factors,so I’m learning on the basis of other scholars research content combined with the actual,sum up the rainfed agricultural technology popularization of yulin city course,sum up the experiences of promotion,Questionnaire survey was carried out in rural areas,the data were sorted out after the questionnaire was collected,and analyzed by logistic regression model,It is concluded that farmers’ education level,the proportion of agricultural production in income,the proportion of mechanical cultivated land,the area of cultivated land,the proportion of labor force population,the number of annual training,government subsidies,extension mode,extension effect and other factors have a significant impact on farmers’ adoption of dryland farming technology,According to the empirical results,the main reasons of farmers’ reluctance to adopt dryland farming technology are as follows:high technology application cost,new technology application threshold,farmers’ narrow learning channel,and difficult maintenance and recovery of agricultural materials.Then I put forward some suggestions according to the empirical results and reasons,which are as follows:first,adopt scientific and appropriate dryland agricultural techniques according to the regional characteristics;Secondly,the introduction and demonstration of high-income drought-resistant crop varieties will fundamentally increase farmers’ income.The third is to perfect and introduce the policy of dryland agricultural technical assistance,encourage private capital and farmers to participate in the investment;Fourthly,enhance the professional quality and service consciousness of agricultural technicians and guide them to carry out training in rural areas;Fifth,promote the centralized circulation of land and realize large-scale operation and production. |
