New Technology Choice For Farmers In Changsha Area Study On Influencing Factors

The modern mode of production in China is from a resource intensive mode of production of special science and technology intensive planning,13th Five-Year clearly pointed out that to promote agricultural supply side reforms,completely reverse to the original cost of resource consumption,especially the consumption of land resources and human resources of the traditional mode of production,while the promotion of agricultural mechanization has accelerated the fossil energy consumption,this mode of production seriously plagued China's agricultural modernization development,hindering economic development,for the country to further promote the city of strategic impact,a very bad result,change the traditional mode of production,improve farmers' cultural quality,selection of new technologies will become inevitable.In this paper the status quo of the use of Chinese the modern agricultural production technology as the starting point,Changsha is selected as the research object,through literature,investigation,we have studied the following problems:one is through what channels and ways of farmers in the use of new technologies,as well as the factors that influence the choice of two;what factors determine the new the technology of farmers,accounted for more than three;analyze and research:the factors and current situation of the new technology Changsha Current Farmers' choice;the four is how to improve the farmers' choice of new technology,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.Specific content arrangement:This research through the questionnaire and statistical results showed that the farmers' cultural level is the most important factor in determining the effect of farmers' choice of new technology,the three factors of cultivated land area family income level and structure,farmers,farmers are an important factor in choosing new technology,these factors and new agricultural technology adoption was positively correlated.To solve the farmers to adopt new technology to improve farmers' cultural quality,from the change of household income ratio structure,increase the agricultural technology promotion efforts and other aspects,so that it can help to improve the transformation of agricultural technology achievements.At the same time we found through research,then choose new technologies,new technology investment cost,choose the risk factors of the new technology and new technology choice of farm technology factors of farmers also affect the final factor I.Technical difficulty,high risk and high cost will inevitably affect the adoption of new technology.Therefore,to improve the household income of farmers,improve the level of farmers' education,is conducive to the adoption of agricultural technology,and then improve the conversion rate of new agricultural technology achievements,improve the contribution of agricultural science and technology to China's agriculture.The input cost of technology,the level of family economy and the technical risk are the three factors considered by farmers in agricultural technology.
