Targeted poverty alleviation is the basic strategy that the CPC Central Committee faces the poverty reduction situation and poverty alleviation and development the top-level design.It is a key project in the poverty-stricken areas and a short-term building of a well-off society,and the rural areas are the difficulties of the current poverty.Shenqiu county is a traditional agricultural area,key counties of the national contiguous area and key counties of "three mountains and one beach" poverty alleviation work in Henan Province,it has a large agricultural population and the poor,the means of poverty reduction and poverty policyare less and less,poverty reduction makes great significance for the Shenqiu county.At this stage,through the study and analysis of targeted poverty alleviation in Shenqiu County,it is possible to find out the reason why Shenqiu County is so poor and the ooverty short board in targeted poverty alleviation,and we can optimize the policy of targeted poverty alleviation policy in the region and achieve accurate poverty alleviation.This paper is takes Shenqiu County as the object of empirical analysis in Henan Province,on the basis of detailed investigation and detailed data it can use the theory of targeted poverty alleviation,as well as the research methods such as literature data and case analysis method.Though make a research on the collection of data analysis,this paper analyzes the basic situation of the rural poor in Shenqiu County detaledly,and expounds the concrete work of targeted poverty alleviation work in Shenqiu County which includes the improvement of the working mechanism of poverty alleviation,the improvement of people’s livelihood and the precision of the industry,and the overall results.This paper pays more attention on some problems,such as the recognition of poverty alleviation should be improved,the participation of anti-poverty subjects in the initiative is so low,the poverty reduction program orientation exists deviation,industrial ability is so low,and the development body of the poverty alleviation is relatively simple,and the causes of these problems are mainly the difficulties of diversified income recognition and the education level of the poor households,lack of poverty alleviation incentive mechanism,the number of poor people and poverty alleviation team are lack of capacity.If we could give a comprehensive and systematic solution to these problems and digest these causes,we should put forward the hard work to implement targeted poverty reduction policy,such as put medical poverty in the forefront of poverty in and frost a wide range of poverty alleviation body,enlarging contingent suggestions to improve the overall quality of poverty reduction target and the overall level of poverty.Through the discovery ofthe problem,we can find out the causes,then put forward the logical research ideas of the countermeasures and suggestions,and effectively improve the operability of the practice of targeted poverty alleviation and the efficiency of targeted poverty alleviation work in Shenqiu County.The precision of poverty has a certain positive theoretical significance and practical significance for reference and experience in all poverty places,Shenqiu County and other poor areas must have ability to speed up the realization of targeted poverty alleviation!
