Research On The Impact Of Farmers' Vocational Differentiation On Land Circulation

Since the reform and opening up,along with the popularization of rural land family contract management and the rapid development of urbanization,the opportunities for peasants to go out to work have gradually increased,and the peasants' professional structure has undergone a marked change.The rural peasants have already been differentiated from the original simple agricultural laborers.Full-time farmers,full-time non-agricultural farmers and concurrent farmers.Not only that,the differentiation of peasants' occupations has shown a clear upward trend.From the current trend,this process will continue for a long time.At the same time,the flow of farmland has also been increasing.At this stage,China supports rational and orderly circulation of farmland and develops moderately scaled operations.Then does the peasant occupation differentiation influence the land circulation,influences which aspects of the land circulation,and what kind of impact does it have? These issues are studied in depth and reasonable and effective countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the healthy and orderly circulation of rural land.aims.This article conducts interviews and questionnaire surveys with 201 farmers in 17 cities and counties in the Shijiazhuang area.Through the analysis of questionnaire surveys and interview results,using various relevant theories and statistical data provided by relevant departments,the analysis of the occupation differentiation and land circulation of farmers has been conducted.Based on the current situation,descriptive statistical analysis is used to describe the impact of peasant occupation differentiation on the scale,method,duration,object,intention,and use of land transfer from the categories of peasant occupation differentiation,peasant occupation differentiation,and peasant occupation differentiation.Chi-square test,logistic model and correlation analysis were used to empirically analyze the effects of occupation differentiation on land circulation and the degree of influence.The following conclusions were drawn: The occupation differentiation of farmers affected the scale of land circulation and the willingness to transfer land,affecting the land.The effect of circulation is not significant.In addition,the differentiation class has an impact on the duration,object and use of land circulation;the degree of differentiation has an impact on the land circulation object,and has no significant effect on the duration and purpose of land circulation;the differentiation area has no significant effect on the duration,object and purpose of land circulation..The degree of peasant occupation differentiation has a positive effect on the scale and willingness of land circulation,and the scale of land circulation in peasants' professionally differentiated areas has a negative effect,which has a positive impact on the willingness to transfer land.According to the research conclusions,it includes proposing to speed up the development of full-time farmers and rural cadres as new professional farmers and new-type management entities,strengthen skills and employment training for farmers with concurrent employment,increase local employment opportunities for differentiated farmers,improve rural social security systems,and deepen land Institutional reforms and other countermeasures.The innovations of this paper are as follows: First,the innovation of the research perspective.There are few studies on the impact of peasant occupation differentiation on land circulation in the academic community,and there are no literatures that study from different perspectives of different occupation categories,different levels of occupation differentiation,and different differentiation regions..From the above three perspectives,this paper deeply analyzes the impact of the occupational differentiation of farmers on land circulation,and enriches and deepens the related research.The second is the innovation of research methods.This study is based on research data,using chi-square test,correlation analysis and Logistic multiple empirical methods to analyze the influence of occupation differentiation on land circulation.
