Study On The Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Farmers' Income In Shenqiu County

In his report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),general secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that we should implement the strategy of rural revitalization and give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas.This fully reflects the high concern of the party central committee on issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Since the 21 st century,agriculture has developed rapidly,great changes have taken place in the countryside,and farmers' income has gradually increased.However,problems such as slow growth of farmers' income and large income gap between urban and rural residents have not been effectively solved.Therefore,how to effectively increase farmers' income,for the sustained economic development and social stability and harmony,has important research value and practical significance.Shenqiu County is located in the North China Plain,the climate is humid,the temperature is suitable,the agricultural resources are rich,is the country grain 100 strong county.As a major agricultural county,Shenqiu County has a large rural population.In 2018,farmers in Shenqiu County accounted for 60.7% of the total population,far exceeding the national average of 40.4%.The overall income of farmers in Shenqiu County is relatively low and the growth rate of farmers' income is slow,which has become one of the main factors restricting the economic and social development of Shenqiu County.This article is in reference on the basis of existing research results,with the influence factors of farmers' income and their way as the theme,from 2000 to 2018 as the research range,for a lot of investigation and study on the changes of farmers' income in Shenqiu,expounds the Shenqiu farmers' income level,the development of farmers' income structure,main characteristics and change tendency,analyzes the problems existing in the farmers' income in Shenqiu,and the main factors restricting the farmers' income.By means of regression analysis and a large number of empirical data materials,this paper analyzes the main factors restricting farmers' income from the different income structures of household management income,wage income,property income and transfer income.The analysis results show that the income of farmers' family management can be steadily increased by optimizing the structure of agricultural industry,accelerating the construction of agricultural modernization,perfecting the system of agricultural science and technology and promoting the moderate scale operation of agriculture.We can improve the cultural quality of farmers,encourage them to start businesses in rural areas,accelerate the construction of urbanization and improve the supervision mechanism of labor security.We can make full use of farmers' property and transfer income by increasing financial support for agriculture,improving the rural property right confirmation system,improving the rural financial cooperation organization and improving the rural social security system.Based on Shenqiu County as an example,this paper in-depth studies and detailed analyzed the problems existing in the development of grassroots agricultural farmers and restricting factors of increasing farmers' income and promote countermeasures of increasing farmers' income,to promote Shenqiu increasing farmers' income,agricultural efficiency and rural development is of important theoretical value and practical significance,for other similar regional farmers' income and agricultural departments at all levels to formulate the corresponding policy has a certain reference value.
