Research On The Subject Responsibility Of Social Governance Of Private Enterprises

As one of the main bodies of social governance,private enterprises play an important historical role in promoting the effectiveness of social governance and promoting the co-governance of social governance under the important historical background of adhering to and improving the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the modernization of China’s governance system and capacity.By studying the social governance responsibility of private enterprises,this thesis can effectively clarify what is the social governance responsibility of private enterprises,why private enterprises need to fulfill social governance responsibility,and what problems and reasons exist in the process of fulfilling the responsibility;It also gives an analysis of how to make private enterprises better fulfill their social governance responsibilities,which has important reference and reference significance for the social governance concept of social co-governance.In this thesis,a pharmaceutical private enterprise in Jiangxi Province is taken as the research basis,and the typical characteristics of its responsibility factors are collected,and through interviews with its management,middle-level and employees,a large number of first-hand information is collected,which provides a large number of real data for the social governance responsibility of private enterprises.Based on the theory of social governance and corporate social responsibility,this thesis analyzes and explores the main body of the study,summarizes the elements of social governance responsibility of private enterprises and the possibility and inevitability of fulfilling responsibility by using the methods of literature research and field visits.This thesis analyzes the positive role of the private enterprise in social security,environmental protection,tax and other aspects with a specific case,but there are still many problems in fulfilling the responsibility: the governance responsibility is not clear,the governance concept is not in place,and the governance ability is insufficient.These problems lead to the absence of private enterprises as the main body of social governance.Therefore,this thesis puts forward several countermeasures: first,we should clarify the social governance rights and responsibilities of private enterprises by adhering to the leadership system of the Party Committee and strengthening the leading responsibility of the government for social governance;second,we should enhance the awareness of private enterprises to take the initiative to fulfill their social governance responsibilities by building a holistic governance concept and strengthening the concept of pluralistic co-governance;Thirdly,we should improve the development conditions of private enterprises by building a training platform for private enterprises to fulfill their social governance responsibilities and broadening the channels for private enterprises to participate in social governance.
