Research On Public Enterprise Social Responsibility From The Perspective Of Social Governance

Enterprise and society is like a "fish" and "water",the enterprise is an important participant in social governance,corporate social responsibility fulfilling relationship with social construction level of governance,as is closely related to our life and public enterprises,the social responsibility fulfillment meaning more significant.Fulfillment of its responsibilities is not only conducive to their healthy development,but also can effectively make up the shortcoming that the government in promoting social governance,to coordinate the relationship between the parties,improve the parties involved in order and so on in the process of work and social governance successfully promote to a positive role in promoting.However,the public enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility also has some disadvantages,this paper from the perspective of social governance,taking Qujing power grid as an example,makes a comprehensive survey and analysis of public enterprises to fulfill the social responsibility from theory and practice.The longitudinal comparative analysis,comprehensive analysis of the status of public enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility,combined with the reality of Qujing power network,a detailed analysis of the basic situation of Qujing power grid to fulfill their social responsibility,and points out that the main objective results of Qujing power grid to participate in social governance.By comparative analysis,through the study of foreign corporate social responsibility practice experience,combined with the situation of our country to practice the social responsibility of public enterprises,in order to study the social governance in the social responsibility of public enterprises from the help.The child is father of the man through the analysis of the deficiencies of Qujing power grid,to fulfill their social responsibility,then summarizes Countermeasures of public enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities,from stakeholders to construct reasonable communication to improve the construction of public participation mechanism,the social responsibility of the enterprise external environment,improve public enterprise social responsibility management system,put forward opinions and proposals on strengthening self construction of public enterprises social responsibility.On this basis,further research on the practical needs and long-term significance of public enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities,and further promote the harmonious development of society.
