Research On The Influencing Factors Of Spatial Organization And Development Of Innovative Urban Areas In Shanghai

With the acceleration of the process of globalization,the aging of the population,the lack of resources,environmental pollution and other issues have become increasingly prominent,the world's demand for sustainable economic development increasingly urgent.Innovation is the foundation and important part of the city as an innovation-oriented country.It is the prerequisite and foundation for realizing the grand strategic goal of the innovation-oriented country and the pillar of the construction of the innovation-oriented country.The concept of "innovation city" has become an option to solve the problem of urban social problems.At the same time,innovation and development has become the main line of the development of many cities in China,corresponding to the formation of Zhongguancun national independent innovation demonstration area,Zhangjiang national independent innovation demonstration area(National Science City),ring Tongji knowledge economy circle and other different levels and functions of urban innovation space main body.However,in the domestic research,the attention of the new urban functional space form and evolution process is far from enough.As countries in the resource advantages,economic and cultural,social environment and other aspects of the great differences in the world of innovative urban development model is different from the organizational mechanism is also different.This paper attempts to make up for it by means of innovative economic theory,urban geography analysis methods and research framework,including the innovation of urban space organization and development influencing factors,innovation network operation mechanism and interaction of activists,innovation system and cultural analysis.This paper is divided into seven parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic selection,innovates the literature review,the research frame and the method of the city and the innovation of the article.The second part is summarizing the basic concept and connotation of urban innovation.Defining the innovation city is to break down the administrative boundary and develop the urban area of independent innovation,and summarize the concept of innovation city and the process of urban innovation,The process can be divided into four stages:the traditional urban stage,the embryonic stage,the development stage and the mature stage.At the same time,the characteristics of each stage are introduced.Finally,the internal and external driving forces of the urban area are summarized and analyzed.The third part is the theoretical basis of this paper.Through the synthesis of complex system(CAS)theory,regional innovation system,endogenous growth theory,new economic geography theory and industrial agglomeration theory,this paper analyzes the development power of urban area status quo;The fourth part is analyzing the spatial distribution of Shanghai's innovative agglomeration,mainly from the macroscopic dimension of Shanghai's innovative spatial distribution of empirical and theoretical analysis,first based on the number of patent applications,the Shanghai urban innovation concentration rate index,through the global space Autocorrelation index and Moran scatter plot to summarize the spatial distribution of innovation cluster in Shanghai.It is found that the distribution of innovation output in Shanghai is not random,but there is significant positive spatial dependence.Finally,from the " This paper analyzes the influencing factors of innovation output in Shanghai,and constructs the spatial error model(SEM)to analyze it.The fifth part is the research influencing factors of urban development.In this paper,the data of 16 administrative regions in Shanghai are used to represent the data of urban areas.From the urban area factors,urban economic and social development factors,urban knowledge innovation ability factors,urban innovation environmental factors,etc.,this paper uses the data of urban districts in Shanghai without administrative boundaries and can not obtain the corresponding data.Four indicators of the selection of 35 indicators using factor analysis,cluster analysis and coordinate axis method,combined with the results of the formation of innovative urban city of Shanghai is divided into four types:the park-led innovation city,campus-oriented innovation city,"Innovative urban areas and traditional cities,for the analysis of the following do a bedding role.The sixth part is the core of the article,explore the different types of innovative urban space organization.According to the method of coordinate axis analysis,this paper mainly chooses three typical innovative spaces in Shanghai to analyze the main body:First,relying on the transformation of colleges and the old city as an innovation hub,the market spontaneous construction of local innovation network-Tongji knowledge economy circle and create Two areas of high-tech industrial park transformation and upgrading to build the regional innovation space-Zhangjiang high-tech park,grasp the power of multinational companies and local enterprises interaction mechanism;Third,local colleges and universities,local governments and multinational corporations to build Local Innovation Network-Minhang Zizhu Science and Technology Park.Through the study of three cases,this paper analyzes the spatial organization problems and characteristics of Shanghai's innovative urban area.The seventh part is the conclusion of this article,mainly summarizes the research focus and conclusion of this paper,as well as the shortcomings of this article and future research prospects.This paper analyzes the formation process and spatial organization of Shanghai's innovative city by using various research tools to study the spatial organization pattern and influencing factors of typical urban areas in Shanghai,and make innovations for the city government Development strategy and policy,scientific planning and management of urban innovation space to provide a useful reference.
