A Research Of Taishun B&B Development Strategy Based On The Perspective Of Tourist Experience

Rural tourism integrates tourism service industry and traditional agriculture,and is considered to be one of the important ways to realize rural revitalization.With the development of rural tourism,country houses have become a popular way of tourism.Country houses are no longer just accommodation facilities in tourism,but also an attraction in rural tourism.More tourists hope to experience local customs,culture,cuisine and other local characteristics through B&Bs,and be able to "eat,drink,play and buy locally." The development of country houses is of positive significance to the realization of rural revitalization,which is mainly reflected in cultural revitalization,talent revitalization,and economic revitalization.Taishun County is a county with strong tourism resources.It has a superior ecological environment,abundant natural resources,and profound cultural heritage.In recent years,Taishun County has created the IP of "Fun B&B in Taishun",and the local country houses are ushering in a boom in development.The purpose of this research is to put forward the development strategy of Taishun County through the research and analysis of the development of Taishun country house,and provide theoretical guidance and reference for the healthy and orderly development of country houses in Taishun County.This study focuses on the following four aspects: First,summarize the general situation of tourism development in Taishun County and the development of rural homestays in Taishun County.Second,using the SWOT analysis method,it finds the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the development status of rural homestays in Taishun County.Third,Through the questionnaire survey and IPA method,it found the advantageous areas,low-priority maintenance areas,low-priority improvement areas,and disadvantaged areas for the development of rural homestays in Taishun County.Fourthly,according to the results of SWOT analysis and IPA analysis,the development strategy of rural homestays in Taishun County is proposed.The main development strategies are as follows :(1)Strategies for Focused Improvement.The one is to improve policies and regulations and strengthen management;the second is to improve soundproofing and privacy in guest rooms.(2)Strategies to keep.The one is to improve environmental conditions and hardware facilities and equipment;the second is to enrich service content and improve reception capabilities;the third is to construct fast and convenient tourist transportation.(3)Strategies for Moderate Mitigation.The one is to moderately reduce the development and investment in comfortable public activity areas;the other is to moderately reduce24 h service.(4)Strategies for Active Development.The one is to improve the safety of tourists;the second is to create a homely atmosphere;the third is to further promote the integrated development of "homestay +" to enhance experience;the fourth is to pay attention to the characteristic development of homestays;the fifth to strengthen planning and guidance and improve element guarantees;the sixth is to strengthen the cultivation and level improvement of talents in the homestay industry.
