The Effect Of Tourism Poverty Alleviation At Country Level In Western Yunnan Border Region From The Perspective Of Efficiency Evolution

Poverty is the most prominent short-board for building a well-off society in an all-round way.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that "we must win the fight against poverty and fight hard" and "let the poor and poor areas join the country in entering a comprehensive well-off society." In this process,poverty alleviation measures with industry as the key to driving poverty alleviation and promoting high-quality development in poverty-stricken areas.Among them,tourism as a sunrise industry with multi-dimensional poverty reduction effects and associated driving effects can effectively improve the poverty reduction effect of concentrated contiguous destitute areas.Then,how to effectively link regional development and regional poverty alleviation and reduce poverty through the development of tourism industry is a problem that needs to be further studied in order to resolve the problem of decentralized poverty-stricken areas and realize the coordinated and sustainable development of human-land relations.The core of the research.The uniqueness of geographical location and environment,the lag of the development of infrastructure construction,the spatial agglomeration of the poor population and the diversity of the causes of poverty have constrained the healthy and sustainable development of the social economy of the central and contiguous destitute areas in the western Yunnan border.Therefore,how to tap the development potential of the tourism industry in the central and contiguous areas of the western Yunnan border,improve the poverty alleviation efficiency of the tourism industry in the region,and use the tourism industry as a lever to assist the overall coordinated and sustainable development of the region,is it possible for the region to solve the regional overall poverty,The key to entering a comprehensive well-off society together with the country.Based on the time and space view of geography,based on the perspective of efficiency evolution,this paper summarizes the research area from the aspects of natural and human environment,tourism poverty reduction background and poverty situation.The basic characteristics are to construct an evaluation index system for tourism poverty alleviation efficiency in the central and contiguous destitute areas in western Yunnan.The evaluation methods based on DEA-Malmquist model,Moran's I index,standard deviation ellipse and center of gravity trajectory are used,from qualitative to quantitative.Statically and dynamically revealing the time evolution and spatial differentiation law of tourism poverty alleviation efficiency in research area,and exploring and suggesting countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the efficiency of tourism poverty reduction in concentrated contiguous destitute areas,in order to promote the concentration of poverty-stricken areas in poverty-stricken areas for tourism industry development.The research provides a theoretical perspective and practical basis.The study is divided into the following seven sections:1.To clarify the research background and significance of tourism poverty alleviation efficiency in the central and contiguous destitute areas in western Yunnan,and to determine research methods and technical routes.2.It summarizes the relevant literature on the effect of tourism poverty alleviation,expounds the relevant theoretical basis needed for this research,and further clarifies the theoretical and practical significance of this research.3.From the four aspects of geographical location and spatial scope,natural environment foundation,humane environmental conditions and tourism resource endowment,the basic characteristics of tourism poverty alleviation in the central and contiguous destitute areas of the western Yunnan border are analyzed.4.The development process of poverty alleviation in the central and contiguous destitute areas of the western Yunnan border was constructed,and the poverty characteristics of the concentrated contiguous destitute areas in the western Yunnan border were analyzed.5.Constructing a measurement index system,using the DEA-Malmquist model to measure the tourism poverty alleviation efficiency of the centrally connected contiguous destitute area in the western Yunnan border,and evaluate it from two dimensions: time and space;then study the area in efficiency The 61 county-level samples are divided into four types and their characteristics are summarized.6.On the basis of in-depth discussion on the poverty alleviation efficiency of the central and contiguous destitute areas in the west of Yunnan,focusing on cultivating the tourism industry format,focusing on contiguous development,exerting the radiation effect,improving the basic support,adjusting the development model and protecting the national culture,etc.The aspect proposes targeted countermeasures.7.Summarize the research results of this paper and look forward to the future research direction.
