Research On Risk Evaluation Of Cultural Tourism Characteristic Town Project Development

In recent years,the construction of characteristic towns has gradually become an important point on the road of new-type urbanization and rural revitalization in China.Text brigade characteristic town as an important part of the characteristics of small town,the current development situation is not optimistic,in zhejiang province named published in 2020 in the town of the assessment results and the creation of characteristics,in 30 brigade characteristic in the town,good level above the text brigade just 14 characteristic town,in addition,there are two brigades characteristic town was listed in the warning level.In addition,many enterprises carry out the development of real estate projects under the banner of cultural tourism characteristic town,causing losses,or even rotten end.This means that the development of cultural tourism characteristic towns has a high risk at the present stage,so how to evaluate its development risk scientifically and reasonably is of great research value.This paper will study the project development risks of cultural and tourism characteristic towns from the perspective of enterprise investors.After analyzing the main problems existing in the development of cultural and tourism characteristic towns and the current situation of risk evaluation,this paper carries out the following specific work: First of all,literature research method,expert consultation method and questionnaire survey method were used to identify risk factors,and 20 risk factors were obtained in 4 stages of the project life cycle of cultural and tourism characteristic town.Secondly,this paper obtains the weight of the risk factors of the project development of cultural and tourism characteristic towns through the combination of AHP-entropy weight method,which reduces the subjectivity of evaluation to a certain extent.Finally,the grey comprehensive evaluation model is established,and the applicability of the model is proved by choosing GUANGXI YL characteristic town as an example.In the research,it is found that the positioning risk,land risk,operation management risk and project planning risk of cultural and tourism characteristic towns have great influence on the development risk of projects.In addition,the land problem is more prominent in the cultural and tourism characteristic town project,which should be paid attention to.
