Power substation is the branch of power supply enterprises in rural ares, power substation is the most basic management organization in rural power supply, power substation is the cornerstone of rural power supply management system, and is also the important window through which power supply company provide services for agriculture,famers and village. The work of rural power supply management will eventually be performed and feedbacked by power substations. Taking power substation as the breakthrough point and focus and strengthen the management of electric power enterprises can help power substation to take participate in new village construction and affluent society better under new background.Under the background of the reform of the electric power system, further strengthen standardization construction of power substation can help power substation improve management level, customer service level and technical level. The research on standardization construction of power supply is still in its early stage, so it is necessary to timely adjust the content of power substation standardization construction and the selection of evaluation methods according to the changing environment. In this paper,mainly according to the content of power substation standard construction and the function of power substation establish power substation standardization construction evaluation index system from internal and external environment of power substation.And the appropriate weighting method and comprehensive evaluation method are used to establish power substation standard construction evaluation model.Firstly this paper introduces the background and significance of power substation standardization construction, and current standardization research situation of domestic and international; secondly, this paper introduces the relevant theory of standardization and comprehensive evaluation, which provide theoretical basis for the study of this paper;thirdly the necessity of standardization construction evaluation of power substation and the evaluation index system are introduced; then the evaluation model is introduced, and rough sets method is used to reduce index system, AHP and entropy method are combined to determine the weight of indexes, grey incidence analysis method is used to comprehensive evaluate the evaluation object; finally 10 power substations are selected randomly from H province power supply company to be research samples.
