Study On Countermeasures Of Agricultural Industrialization Development In Shangsi County

In recent years,the government has issued several relevant documents to focus on agricultural development,striving to achieve the development of the agricultural industry as a breakthrough,break the bottleneck of agricultural development,and help rural revitalization with the revitalization of the agricultural industry.Starting from the development goals of agricultural industrialization at the level of county economic development,this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign literature research on the development model,realization path and evaluation method of agricultural industrialization;and combined with on-the-spot investigation to determine the main influencing factors of agricultural industrialization development in Shangsi County at the level of county economy;based on Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process,the index evaluation system of agricultural industrialization development level of Shangsi County is constructed,and the weight of each index factor of agricultural industrialization development level of Shangsi County is determined;finally,according to the evaluation model and results,the main problems existing in the development of agricultural industrialization in Shangsi County were analyzed and countermeasures were proposed.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:Shangsi county agricultural industry is developing steadily,and agricultural industry has entered the development transition period.In the process of agricultural industry development,the industrial layout tends to rationalize,the characteristic agricultural brand is initially formed,the leading enterprises show the driving effect,farmers increase income and other industrial development brings remarkable effects.But shangsi county still has the following problems in the process of agricultural industrialization development:(1)the level of agricultural enterprises is different,and the sustainable driving ability is insufficient;(2)benefit coupling mechanism is not perfect,lack basic interests safeguard;(3)There is a lack of agricultural technology and talents,and the ability of agricultural innovation is weak;(4)industry correlation degree is not high,agricultural products processing chain short;(5)the building of agricultural products brand,lack of high quality agricultural products.In order to further optimize the development path of agricultural industrialization in Shangsi County and promote the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural industry,based on the actual situation of Shangsi County,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:(1)cultivate and strengthen leading enterprises,and play a leading and exemplary role;(2)Improve the level of organization and improve the mechanism of interest connection;(3)strengthening agricultural talents training and capital investment,promote the development of agricultural technology innovation;(4)to speed up the depth of the tertiary industry,extend the industry chain processing;(5)Focus on agricultural brand building and produce high-quality agricultural products;(6)Strengthen government responsibilities and make scientific plans to achieve sustainable development of the agricultural industry.
