| Since July 2010,China’s total economic output has steadily ranked second in the world,agricultural and rural development has continuously stepped to a new level,grain production has been bumper year after year,farmers’ income has continued to grow,and rural infrastructure has been continuously improved.However,behind the achievements,there are still some problems that can not be ignored: the arduous task of modern agricultural construction,the increasing pressure on resources and environment,the weak foundation of China’s food security,the intensified competition in the international agricultural market,the continuous increase of agricultural production costs,the weak foundation for increasing farmers’ income,and the gap between urban and rural areas is still obvious.How to promote agricultural efficiency,increase farmers’ income and speed up the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure has become an urgent problem to be solved.In order to solve these problems,the Central Committee of the CPC has made important decisions and plans for the work of "three rural issues" in the new era.In 2015,No.1 central document explicitly proposed to "Promote the integrated development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries".The 14 th five year plan and the long-term goal outline for 2035 also put forward "developing the county economy,promoting the integrated development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries,extending the agricultural industrial chain,improving the development level of agricultural product processing industry and agricultural producer services,guiding the agglomeration development of rural secondary and tertiary industries,and allowing farmers to share more industrial value-added benefits." therefore,The research on the integration of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries to promote the development of county economy has important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,on the basis of combing the relevant national policy documents on the development of agricultural industrialization and the integration of three industries in recent five years,this paper introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,summarizes the relevant research literature on the development of agricultural industrialization at home and abroad,introduces the development experience of foreign agricultural industrialization and the effective measures in better developed areas in China,and defines the important role of the development of agricultural industrialization in stimulating the county economy.Secondly,based on the relevant theories,determine the research content and research methods,and clarify the ideas for the research of this paper.This paper expounds the development status of agricultural industrialization in Boli County,mainly analyzes and studies the basic situation of agriculture in Boli County,the development of advantageous industries,the main economic data since 2016,the development of agricultural industries and county-level development policies,so as to illustrate the important position of agricultural industrialization in Boli County in the process of county-level economic development.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the development of rural industrialization in Boli County,and puts forward some suggestions and measures for the development of agricultural industrialization in Boli County according to the field investigation and research data.Finally,it summarizes how to use agricultural industrialization to promote the development of county economy in Boli County,and puts forward the shortcomings. |
