| With the all-round victory in the battle to get rid of poverty in an all-round way,the strategic deployment of Rural Revitalization has been carried out in an all-round way.On the one hand,China has implemented a series of measures including monetary reform and financial reform in recent years,and Inclusive Finance has gradually been valued by the state and recognized by the market.On the other hand,thanks to the progress of science and technology,inclusive finance has gradually realized digitization and changed to digital Inclusive Finance.The purpose of this paper is to solve the selection of rural digital inclusive financial business operation and development strategy of N branch of industrial and Commercial Bank of China.Specifically,it is to solve the problems of how to effectively obtain customers,how to effectively control costs and how to effectively control risks.So as to enhance the competitiveness of banks,improve the service level,and finally promote the development of local economy.This paper studies the internal and external environment of ICBC N branch by using literature research method,interview research method,PEST analysis method,Porter’s five forces model,EFE and IFE matrix,SWOT matrix,QSPM matrix and analytic hierarchy process.Firstly,through pest matrix and Porter’s five forces model,this paper analyzes the external environment of ICBC,combs its political,economic,social and technical conditions,as well as the bargaining power of existing and potential competitors,suppliers and buyers and the competitiveness of substitutes in the competitive market,and obtains the opportunities and threats of the external environment.Then,the strengths and weaknesses of the internal environment are obtained through the analysis of the capabilities and resources of the internal environment,and the alternatives of development strategies are determined on this basis.Finally,the development strategy of rural digital Inclusive Finance is selected through quantitative analysis of QSPM matrix.Based on the theoretical analysis of the development difficulties faced by the industrial and commercial bank in rural areas and the financial innovation of N branch,the most effective development strategy of N branch is to ensure that it can be fully analyzed from the perspective of the digital development strategy of industrial and commercial bank in rural areas.The conclusions of this paper are as follows: first,from the perspective of the external environment,the overall threat faced by ICBC N branch is greater than the opportunity.Therefore,we should use the external opportunity to avoid the threat,control the risk and reduce the loss as much as possible.Second,from the internal environment,the overall advantages of ICBC are greater than its disadvantages.Therefore,ICBC should give full play to its advantages,improve its operation level and overcome the adverse effects of its disadvantages.Third,ICBC N branch should choose the adjustment development strategy.Fourth,the main ways to implement the adjustment strategy are the differentiation of financial products,channel marketing and background management.Fifth,the safeguard measures for implementing the adjustment strategy mainly include organizational system guarantee,human resources guarantee,technical means guarantee and enterprise culture guarantee. |
